I like going to second hand shops and this one I went to. It had alot of different things. I mean from school supplies, dishes, and of course clothing. What an array of outfits. Like Gowns to play clothes for men women and children. Also a good shoe section. Not what you imagine shoes there look like but nice shoes and I even bought some shoes. Not worn either. The prices have gone Up almost the same price as department stores only a few $$$less. So if you like going through things on a slow day you can spend hours there. Check it out

This place is way tooooo expensive for a thrift store. $19.00 for a pair of used "Donated Shoes" is ridiculous!!! This is the only GoodWill I know of that has shoes over $9.99. I wont come back they are scandalous. People shop here because they can't afford new shoes for their families. But I'm on my way to Ross, because for $19.00 I can get new shoes for my son.

Used stuff priced at regular department store prices, NO THANKS!!! I won’t be donating anymore stuff here either. I donated some baby stuff & I seen a pack of wipes that was among the items I donated priced at $2.99 ARE U SERIOUS!? Those wipes are $1.25 at the dollar store. Whoever is putting the prices on at this goodwill should be ashamed of theirselves for OVER CHARGING people for used items. This is suppose to be non profit organization for people that can’t afford the regular department store prices but not for this location because they’re charging what real department stores charge. Just go to the one on Mount Vernon.

This was our third trip and the same young man came to take our stuff each time. The first time we came he looked at a dresser we had brought with some scratches on the surface and said "we can't take this." Supposedly because of the scratches. The lady in charge was around and looked at the dresser and said "as long as the drawers are all there we can take it." Our second trip he refused to take a large chair with the faux leather beginning to peel off on the center of the seat, saying it was 'ripped', but we let that go. However, on the third trip we had another dresser and we had taken the drawers and set them aside. He picked up a drawer and dragged it, and it fell apart. He then proceeded to say they couldn't take it, and accuse me of breaking it because I 'was the one who set it down'. We told him we wouldn't take it back because he was the one who broke it, and he began telling us blatantly that he wouldn't take it, threatening us with the fact that they had cameras that "saw your daughter break it". Deciding that we could give our stuff to a better establishment, we loaded it back into the car, and as he lifted it into the car he bumped it, popping the top off. "See? It's broken we can't take it." We ended up taking it to a place called Red Dog thrift store and antique, off of China grade loop. Friendly folks. I do not recommend taking anything to this goodwill short of it being very small and lightweight because if it is larger, and this guy is working, he will try his hardest to get out of taking it. Date of incident: 08/17/23 sometime after or around 5:00.

The staff was very friendly however there were several homeless people inside the store and out in the parking lot loitering. Inside was filthy and very disorganized. The prices were also much higher compared to other Goodwill's in town.
