I love this store I deal mostly with with Adam the owner and Adam the great employee. There are of course several other super nice people that work there and will help you buy, or sell your silver or gold. They also give three month loans for a percentage on your silver in your times of need. Check out their fine silver and Gold items. Ask for Adam and either one will take great care of you. ??

Well this is a follow up review. These guys suck! I took my guitar in as I said hopping to get a loan on my 2014 Gibson Les Paul studio and the lame behind the counter says he can't give me anything on my 1000.00 guitar. Mind you it had some dents and scratches because it has paid for itself throughout the corse of its life, but nothing? And then as the lame is trying to had me back my guitar proceeds to bang it on the wall as he does. Yeah the store is clean but it's because they don't have anything in there. A few guitars some jewelry and a stuffed Yoda doll in the corner. but other than that, nothing. I would not give this place one star but I had to to give the review. LAME! I do not recommend this store even if your life depends on it.

Great place to get your coins or any collection you have to pawn or sell ! Thanks for the loving employees working there the double eye color Elena always with a positive energy and gets down to the point and knows what she is doing ! She gives me the current price of silver or gold ! And helps me on interest rates and when to pay them on time for better and lower interest ! Idia also helps out and is learning from the best Elena and slowly but surely she will know everything due to Elena taking her under her wings ! This place is also trustworthy ! I pawned my coins couple times already and also gold necklaces and they are always complete and in the same shape as when I turned them in ! So I don’t worry about my items they are in good hands ! Thanks Elena and idia I think that’s her name but the other lady that works there and the guy that cleans up his also postive about his work ! Thanks guys you make it comfortable to be there and you guys are very helpful ! Kudos to you guys and keep up the good work ! I will be letting my friends and family know if they need to pawn something or sell ! Thanks again and see you guys soon !!!

My first time doing a pawn loan. They were friendly and and took the time to explain the process, answering all my questions and explained to me what items qualify for pawn loans. It was a really experience and I would recommend this shop. ?

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I like that that they open early. I was in and out in no time. I love this place! When they have a sale....wow! Best time to treat yourself to some bling!

First of all be very careful when you shop here and bring your items in to this shop, the Manager on duty will use threatening language and try to use force if his power, he obviously does not know anything about running a business he should be behind bars and serving time In prison, for threatening his customers and being the way he is one day he will get caught and go to prison, he is very rude and disrespectful towards females he should not be working here. People of Bakersfield take your business anywhere else save yourself the time and agony of this monster and save your stuff.
This coming from a customer of 7 years the manager threatened me 3 times but when i called him out he backed down. Just a a little boy trying to be a grown man
He is currently being under review through the BSIS department because he tried to enforce and threatened me while holding his weapon on the side. Becareful people and be safe.
