My order never arrived and every time I called about it they would say it would be delivered the next business day my package was for a foster child for Christmas I even told the customer service representative that. Now because of this shipping company that foster child will not get a Christmas gift. I don’t have extra money to buy the foster child another gift this gift is what he really wants for Christmas

My equipment was shipped and arrived at the wrong address. I waited on hold for more than an hour, and once they answered they assured me I’d have it either later this day or the next.Long story short. 5 days later I still don’t have the package. And I can’t get anyone to answer their 800 phone number. I just hung up again after holding for an hour and twenty minutes.If these people want to play with the big boys they need to conduct business as such.Companies probably use them because they’re super cheap m. But they’re super cheap because they aren’t good.Save your money, time, and your breathe.

Worse company to order from and work for!! They just throw packages around half to time packages are damaged and dirty. If your looking to work here dont expect to be paid on time and dont expect a lunch break either

I live on a military base. GLS attempted to deliver my package 5 times. They were stopped at the security gate and turned away. GLS shouldn’t accept delivery jobs if they’re too lazy to accredit their drivers for the required security. No phone calls or emails, they just got themselves into a perpetual loop of not delivering and not searching for a way to solve the problem. Also, the customer service guy insisted on mispronouncing my name, even after I told him how to say it correctly.

They were hired by hello fresh to deliver my first shipment. I had a note on my mailbox stating to deliver it to the porch, I had a table set up on the porch with another note stating that this table was for my hello fresh box and the gate was wide open, I even kept the dog inside today. They never even stopped and claimed it was attempted but was being taken back to the depot. Liars, you're just lazy. I'm on hold with them now to see what else can be done because I had planned tonight's meal around this hello fresh delivery and paid a pretty penny for food that will either never be delivered or will be ruined by the time it gets here.

Don’t bother paying them for overnight shipping. I watched their delivery truck drive by and within 5 minutes my delivery was rescheduled to the next day without even attempting to delivery. There’s no reason why the driver couldn’t attempt to deliver the package.

I was traveling to the store on Hwy 178 in lake isabella when a driver came zooming up on me, he then started to pass me as I was turning into the Dollar General. Wow I am lucky he didn’t hit me. I have been on hold for trying to speak to someone. This happened @3:23 Pm @approxamently 12251 Hwy 178 Lake isabella,ca I hope you talk to your driver. He was driving way to fast and that wasn’t even a legal place to pass! I had to give a star to post my review but it is not a ranking. As that would be zero stars. Thanks

This comp au use to be good and our local office workers are nice but the deliveries from pick up are always late and rh people dropping off my medicine just throw it to the door. They use to be food until they switched and fired drivers and hired contractors and now they are absolutely awful!!!!!!!!!! Lazy and lie about deliveries!!!!!

When this company was GSO, it was amazing. Since its GLS acquired GSO, it has immediately gone down hill. We own a dismantling yard in Ridgecrest Ca. Our packages and pallets are no longer being scanned when picked up. Whole pallets and crates are being lost and/or being delivered 8 days later. Because the packages are not being scanned, if they are lost, we have no leg to stand on for an insurance claim which is paid before the package is shipped. When a pallet becomes lost, customer support makes it clear that as far as they are concerned, the pallets have never been picked up because they were not picked up. As a direct result we cannot even make a claim on our picked up, insured package. We have spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to explain this to the point that we have to take our business elsewhere. The response we get from their customer service is: "Do what you have to do." This company no longer has any care or regard with your packages. If they lose it and its not insured, NOT THEIR PROBLEM. If they pick up your pallet, do not scan it, and lose it: NOTH THEIR PROBLEM. If somehow magically, they scan the package, lose it, and later find out that the package is insured then all of the sudden your package and or pallet is magically found days later.Either this company has lost it's way and the terminal's head doesn't know what the tail is doing or something seriously crooked is going on here.If you are shipping with this company, please make sure the driver picking up scans your package and or pallet in and insure it for the amount the item is worth otherwise, you are shipping at your own risk.It is sad to see what was a local to Ca business grow into a flourishing business, only for the founder to die, and then be sold of to some European company just to be ran into the ground repeatedly.9/15/21

The delivery of my product to the dentist was delayed without notice or updates. Very disappointed in this company as was my dentist office. Please improve your standards and customer service.
