From the moment I walked in I felt extremely unwelcome prior to walking in I called her because I seen a sign on the door that said call me when here when she answered she rudely said I don't see you but you can come inside and once I walked she told me you can have a seat it's not 4 pm yet very rudely when I obviously knew I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. The whole time she was doing my nails I felt like she was rushing I showed her what I wanted and assumed with the amount followers she has on Instagram she would be able to do what I asked for and once she started doing my nails they looked nothing like what I asked for the whole time she was pulling my hand she didn't even ask me the shape I wanted I absolutely hated my nails I paid because I felt bad if you want good service go somewhere else.

Well, my idea was to have relaxing time and beautiful nails, but my experience was awful. Really bad customer service. The pedicure was done OK, but for the manicure, the service was rushed and terrible! I didn't have a good experience at all. Never again!

I had pre booked a full set for my nails and toes I was 10 min early to the location I got online and when I called her to let her know and to get the new address she told me She could not do my services as if I was already late I had to almost begg to get the new address so I could get there on time and atleast get once service she told me she was busy and to check her Instagram a couple of times instead of just telling me her address the whole time it felt like she didn't want me there and she admitted to messing up and not bieng able to do the original reference photo any more .. and when I got down to my pedicure she took of my gel and seen i had a fungus on my toe she doesn't work on that . I said ok that's her policy but I asked for a bandaid assuming they had a fist aid kit and she said they didn't have any I still tipped her , I left embarrassed and felt like I was not welcomed even before the service.. I had to go another appointment w shaved polish and as I went on w my day started to see how Uneven & lumpy my nails were , I left feeling horrible about my entire service,

glitz glam scam. very unprofessional . very rude . nails uneven & not filed correctly. doesn't even file your nails can be seen under acrylic. rip off. uses illegal products on nails. glitz glam is a scam. there are more reliable places to go. waste of time & money. no stars review. they make you select stars. they pay for positive reviews.
