They have great stuff and I bought a lot of things from them. However, my last encounter asking a price was not that great of an experience. I asked a price and he did dm me. I became busy with other things and couldn’t check my messenger. When I did a few hours later he went off on me with his hate, anger, bad words, told me to shop somewhere else. and then blocked me because I didn’t answer him asap. I was appalled! I couldn’t believe it! All this for asking a price and not responding asap? Very poor ownership/ management.

I would give zero stars if possible!! Seen on a news page on FB that these people like to bully others and make them feel like low lives when in reality it’s the ones who run this terrible place!! Screenshots were even posted! I was speechless!! Hope this place goes bankrupt and they end up being broke since they make fun of others for being broke!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I inquired on a piece & then I get a private message & message after message after message. No one said you had to message me back 30 times. ? Buy? Hello? ? Do you want to see it? I’m talking to you?
That’s how all their messages were Mind you I don’t have my phone on me 24/7 as it seems Glamtic does. But after reading these comments looks like they do this to everyone who inquires on an item. Expect to be harassed then blocked by them once you tell them something back. With a ye time bandit from owner/s. What a horrible business. How are these RUDE ppl even have a buisness still? But yet want to call you rude cause you don’t want to but an item.

The lady that works here along with the man in the back are the most rudest people ever. She is very nice to you on Facebook other than being pushy, but if you say something she doesn’t like she will private message you and chew you out. So no one can she what an ugly person she is. Had to give them I one start to write this. Check everything you get from them. Make sure all the parts are there. AND !!! How can you tell someone to buy! Buy!! When that person hasn’t even seen it in person!!! REALLY!!!! I’m done!!

I asked about a piece yesterday afternoon or so to see if it was still available And Glamtic answered me back a little while later I was just inquiring About the peace Glamtic message me back, You want to buy? I wasn't able to answer them back right away as I am disabled so at 5 o'clock am this morning, I get a message asking if I want to buy?, I responded no, do you realize what time it is? a couple of hours later Glamtic messaged me back and asked me if I knew what time it was yesterday when Glamtic responded back to me.I don't get what that had to do with messageing me at 5:00 am this morning you took your time to respond back to me as well yesterday, Get a clue Mr.or Mrs.If someone does not respond back to you maybe they are no longer interested or aren't able to answer right away, Glamtic told me to shop elsewhere then blocked me ? Lol no love lost here (I know Glamtic you will read this), so just wanted to let you and the public know that you don't have the greatest reviews, Glamtic owners or whoever responded is Rude and pushy also desperate to make a sell @ 5:00 am. I don't shop with you and never have and never will. RUDE POS. Cant wait to see your response. I am going to Rate you on Yelp and every Social media there is 0 stars.

Worst customer service, they have ugly performance. They harassed me because I didn’t want to buy an item. Funny thing is when other people put bad reviews his response proves it directly. Don’t buy from glamtic, cute place, great stuff, nightmare people.

I am addicted to this place! If you like to decorate with unique items inside or outside your home, you will love this place! It is filled with items that will keep your eyes busy, just standing in one spot to take it all in. Among the clutter, yes clutter, and I un-dusted items, yes un-dusted, you will feel like a true treasure hunter. Also dotted throughout are succulents planted in various items that bring in tranquillity accompanied by various water features that brings to view the creative minds of Jack and Stefani. You will find yourself saying, I could build something like that in my yard! It may not be a store for everyone , half of which is outside, exposed to the elements, filled with "junk" .... but it's good junk! Their hours are limited, so check before you go, as they balance running a business and having to go out and find the treasures to bring back. Bring a friend, don't wear white pants, stroll every inch... then trace back over where you've been backwards, to see things you didn't see be before. Oh.... there is no price tags....So bring your phone, take a picture of what catches your eye, then check in with Jack, ( he's the price guy) and he will tell you. You can make a pile up by the register of what you want. All items are helpfully taken to you vehicle. This maybe a long review, but I am sure I will have missed mentioning something. This review, from me, will be a surprise to them. I have never written a review on a business, so this was an effort that my heart felt like I should figure out how to do.
