Worst experience, paid for next day and didn’t arrive. Than driver shows up earlier than the expected ETA I ask if he can wait I was 3 minutes away he agreed too. When I was about to turn down my street he left. No customer service whatsoever they use a 3rd party to deal with their customers and it was supposed to re deliver same day it didn’t of course so have to go to the terminal 30 minutes away. Will never personally ship with Fed ex you’ve lost my respect and business.

All lies they say they’ll do one thing and then they don’t. You pay for express shipping and they guarantee that it’ll be delivered before 1 PM just to lie about how many attempts they’ve made to have it delivered. Don’t ship with FedEx. They’ll screw you out of your money and then make it your problem.

Couldn't tell me if my package was at the pick up location or not. Only that it was delivered to my address, which was not. Because I got 2 notices on my door and text. Package had instructions to drop over the side gate and delivery was left.

It’s fed ex delivery itself not so much the service at the center. I paid for next day shipping at a restaurant for Friday and they said we weren’t there and left a tag on the door, when you can clearly see a car or two in the front of the building and we didn’t hear a knock . They didn’t say they would be return or anything .. we are a busy store and we don’t have time to go to the center. We didn’t get out delivery until Monday, ended up having to go pick it up because we needed this part! Horrible.. why pay extra to get it overnighted ..

I changed to pickup package, and they told me bring id so I drove an hour to get my ID and then they said I still can't pick it up, they can only ship!!!! Absolutely ridiculous.They said they were only following policy however, and they were very nice about it, just there was nothing they could do
