New location for the previous Airport Drive facility. Mostly a drop off, not business center like Stockdale hwy.

I changed to pickup package, and they told me bring id so I drove an hour to get my ID and then they said I still can't pick it up, they can only ship!!!! Absolutely ridiculous.They said they were only following policy however, and they were very nice about it, just there was nothing they could do

Everyone is always nice and friendly. Their rates are competitive and I've never had a problem with delays or mixups
