Very rarely do I ever find myself in the spot where I say somebody’s customer service is beyond exceptional, but Rosario absolutely runs this shop like he’s the CEO of FedEx. Such a kind, patient, helpful person, and FedEx is lucky to have an employee like him. Hope I see him run a region one day
