Never review however Shadi one of the workers there is by far the best example of dealing with customers! He is always there and always has a smile for us! Always is kind and has even gone out of his own pocket to give a customer $10 for gas! The store is a great spot but people like Shadi make the spot an even better place for something as simple as gas and snack! 10/10 recommended!

I come here multiple times a week and I have to say this is my favorite convenience store to stop at for gas and everything else. I especially have to point out how amazing shadi is! He is always VERY welcoming and has one of the most positive attitudes I’ve ever seen. He has even become, what my 5 year old likes to say, “best friends” with my son and every time we come here my son is super excited to see him. Shadi always makes our days better with his very positive attitude and his kindness. Shadi makes me want to keep coming back here, even if it’s just to say hi! Shadi is a gem!

DONT GO TO THIS STORE! Customer service is something that doesn’t exist here. My card declined twice but it was taken out of my account. You should not be putting a hold on my money when my card was declined. When I complained all they did was try to ignore me, and the tall weird skinny guy was trying to flirt with my girl. They then said it should go back to my card in 10 days, like this happens all the time. I REPEAT DONT GO TO THIS STORE. Fastrip you should try training your employees.

SCAM ALERT!!I Went in on 4/7/24 at 12:40 pm to pump $80 on Pump 6. The man working there swiped my card TWICE and said that it did not go through but I felt like he wasn’t telling the truth because he was in a hurry. I checked my transactions as I walked out and it said it did go through TWICE (not a pending transaction). As I went back to state my concern he and the other worker (big older guy & skinny young guy) made me feel like I’m just wasting their time as if they are used to customers coming in with this issue, showing no kind of genuine concern on their part. I did not get my money back nor the gas. They then gave me a card to call and complain too and sent me on my way. So I’m out $160 on a Sunday waiting to call the number they provided which opens Monday morning.

Came here this morning for gas. I had to prepay inside. I paid $25. At $13.70 the pump stopped I went inside to figure out what happened. Rudy was just starting her shift and she was definitely rude. I told her what happened she printed the receipt and said you only pumped $13.70 and stopped. The difference will be refunded to your card. Would you like to pay for more? I told her no because you guys put a hold of $200 on my card and now you’re gonna put another $200 hold and freeze up my entire account. She rolled her eyes at me and told me she didn’t do anything to the pump and then gave me a little card for complaints. I mean none of it’s really a huge deal it’s just like I drove all the way up here from Niles. If I wanted a ghetto experience, I would’ve bought gas down there. Well, maybe this fast trip isn’t ghetto, but Rudy certainly is.

terrible service I was harassed by the same employee on multiple occasions I believe his name it's Shadi a tall skinny guy. He made several attempts to flirt with me and other female to the point of calling them his wife's . he jumps the counter if he sees a female customer to "help her" It looks awful for the store and is quite unprofessional.

Warning!! scammers here they tried to charge my friend $120 doller for gas and he only paid 40 good thing the back gave his money back real rude people do not come here ever SCAMMERS they will blame it on the bank
