This Fast Trip Gas Station is my go-to spot! They consistently offer the best gas prices in town, and their liquor prices are unbeatable. The customer service is exceptional; the staff is always friendly and helpful. The owners are fantastic people who clearly care about their customers and community. Highly recommend!

I just tried to put $50 cash for gas and the pump #8 broke and all of the gas spilled onto the ground. We were at the Fastrip on Niles location. The cashier refused to help us or give me my money back. She refused to give me her manager's information even though she called him. So I'm out the money and gas. My whole family and I are excellent customers. We will never go there again!

This fast trip location seems to always have a long line at check out. Observed owner in a lengthy conversation instead of opening a mother register to accommodate. Didn't care that much waiting took place & the line was 10 deep after I FINALLY made my gas purchase. Not impressed with their customer service although it's not an issue at other locations...

I live by this store and most of the time I try to get gas the pumps never work so I have to go to Chevron for the better service. this has been a frequent problem I even move to different pumps. Please fix this problem
