I came her October 2 for a part throttle pedal sensor, the cost 234. I took it to my mechanic and it ended up being the wrong part. So I was called back to return the item. The next day I went back and was told by manager David that no I can not get a refund because the part was placed in the vehicle and no longer brand new that I can only return if it was not placed in the vehicle. Mind you at the entrance there are tons of signs stating receipt needed for returns but nothing on paper or receipt stating specific return policy. I will let you guys decide if I'm wrong or they are for not letting me return the item. If this ever happens to you I can show you how to get that money back with a ucc1 filling in the state of California the full video and interaction with the manager is on my YouTube channel all dodge TV and the next step to filling and getting more than just your money back I'll keep you all updated with videos on taking these steps so that companies like this will display small writing return policies. So for my followers I'd stick with current dealership or fast auto is another place to get items and no return issues.
I bought a part here October 2, 234 cost taking it to the mechanic he told me that was not the part I needed. I also want to show you that if you can keep your money back with a ucc1 in the state of California so that companies put documentation in public where you can see the rules for returning products, recommending them to their dealer or fast auto for parts and there are no problems returning things even if they have been opened or put on by your mechanic as long as you do not exceed the time return, which in almost all places is 30 days.

Great prices and Awesome people work here .my mom and dad went out to return a door lock set for her pickup after someone punched her door lock ..Dad locked the keys in the truck OMG.took AAA 3 Hours TO COME .Mom said Daniel was so kind along with other staff members they brought my mom and dad peaches and tea and water ,while they waited for triple a to get there ty so much to all the staff and Daniel at fast under car for being so kind and taking care of them ..mom and dad are 80 yrs young ..I appreciate all of you so much ..

I call here daily, maybe 5-6 times a day. The staff is amazing except for one guy. He always talks down on people, always rude and always argumentative. His customer service skills remind me of the angry cafeteria lady that hates kids. If I didn’t need the service I wouldn’t call. I’d gladly take my business elsewhere and I’d stop recommending this place to customers. Do something about about him.

I called for a part and was giving a quote of 165 when I go down to pick up the part they charge me over 300 dollars without saying anything to me. Then when I complain was told I may get my money back in a week. I'm on a fix income and would have not bought the part from them if I was aware they was going to be charging me 200 more than what I was quoted. Bad customer service
