The lady at the front was super helpful and the gentleman who worked on my watch did an awesome job.

Came in a few weeks ago and got an estimate to repair a pocket watch. Unfortunately it ended up that it would cost more to fix than just replace, so wasn't able to have the work done, but the people here were very helpful and friendly, and they did give me an excellent explanation of what the repairs were gonna be.

I have taken several things to get something fixed. Like broken chains, watches with large straps, glasses and bracelets and they have been very kind but they also give me a price before they do anything to them and they take care of things and above all they solve the items that I have brought them well and quickly.
