Attempted to visit on 2nd March 2020 and store was not open. We waited for an hour past the advertised opening time, but still not open. No one in the surrounding shops could tell us why they were closed or when they would open. Very disappointed. Wasted trip out to Bakersfield

hello Bakersfield, ca. want to tell you about my SCREWED experience with fanz.... now owned by lids corporation....i went on 2-2-20 to buy a jersey on super bowl sunday... I purchase a super bowl red jersey..paid a $129.00 ..... got there store credit card a big fuc??en MISTAKE.. I will never go back to the sores or even the online service... the people who works at valley plaza where so bad and supid i give them the RIGHT EMAIL ADRESS AND THEY HAD MY NUMBER ALSO.. and when purchased was completed i was told 7 to 10 days delivery of jersey... never got a email or a freaken phone call to make sure delivery of jersey. They got email address WRONG..I told them the right email... the bad thing about all this they would not give there gift card to get something eles store in ca... i got online cert to shop online only.... whatever. NOT SHOPPING AT FANZ VALLEY PLAZA BAKERSFIELD.CA

There isn't a zero or I'd go with that. So I went to purchase a last minute gift for Christmas...I'm new to Yelp or I would've done this sooner. Computer goes down in the middle of my transaction but I immediately pull up my bank account and it shows my purchase pending. They could'nt let me leave with the item because it could go back from pending so I had to wait 2 days which I wasn't happy about having to return to the mall so James the supervisor says he will mail it to me if it goes through. Purchase posted to my account so he was mailing it to me. After a week or 2 I call back at this point Christmas has past but I still want the item I paid for. He had sent it to a wrong address and it returned so he would resend it. Needless to say I never received it. I will NEVER go back there I'd rather order online and I sure let people know the shady business they run there.
