After a thorough examination by the doctor, who actually took time with her, an explained everything we were on our way! We went to the pharmacy they denied us due to an insurance issue. “Please consider Premiere on White lane, there is an angel from Heaven that works there as a medical Assistant, and loved by many patients, ask for her to anyone, her name is "Rafaela" if you are stressed out in failing to have something done for you, she will come to your rescue, she does such a good job that even doctors love her for her reliability, compassion, patience, and understanding. The treatment you get from Rafaela and Dr. Ordones is the best, just as it was in the 50's and 60's when Doctors and staff members really cared on a personal basis, When you talk to Rafaela, give her my best regards and tell her I recommended you to her. And her reliability in getting pharmaceuticals, prescriptions, referrals to other specialists, and appointments for follow ups she is number 1, she gets things done. Dr. Ordones has excellent Medical training in Guadalajara, and continues education here in the US and as you may know some people here in the US make special trip to Mexico to see a doctor, because of the extensive training they receive, at premiere you are not considered just a ($ Number) but viewed as a concerned as a premiere patient. Don't focus on the building's condition, the staff and Doctors there are not compost of building materials, but of extensive training, and I say this because people that complain on these reviews are more worried about having a diamond chandelier hanging from the ceiling, and Granite floors to greet them instead of the exceptional service they provide. My 93 year old mother has been going there for over 25 years and will not change.”
