I don't recommend coming to this place. i have bought 2 things from them now and both times they have failed to tell me that the products that i got on sale would be given to me at that price with credits each month. Also you only have 14 days to return an item from here vs verizon which is 30 days. The credits that i am supposed to get each month haven't been consistent so i have had to call verizon quite a few times. which is a huge hassle these days as you wait on hold forever. i will now only be buying my products from verizon or the Apple store.

The tale of how one person's lie/mistake screwed us out of a $400 savingsOnce upon a sunny Black Friday... Verizon announced their deal "Buy an iPhone X for either $20 a month or $500 up front" so naturally we tried to jump on it. Around 9:30-10 in the morning on BF we head down to Victra to see if they are running the same deal since they are a Verizon retailer. They were but were out of iPhone Xs by that point. However we were told that they'd be getting more in later that day and they'd call us when they arrive. We made sure we would get that call because at that point we had found two other retailers that still had the iPhone X in store. The sales associate making this guarantee, Fabian, assured us there would be no problems and he'd call us himself. Later that day Fabian did call us but he said that UPS was delayed and the phones would not arrive before the end of the day. He told us not to worry though because he worked it out with his Verizon rep that they would honor the deal the second the phones arrived since Victra told us not to go to a different retailer. By this point the phones were gone around town and they weren't even on the Verizon website anymore. So we believing Fabian's tale was all we were left with. Fabian told us he would call us on Monday the second the iPhones arrived from UPS. Here comes the twist in the story, the super shocking part no one is expecting.... Fabian never called. Around 6:30 pm on Monday night my husband gives them a call. Fabian isn't even working that day. He had no way of contacting us the second the phones arrived since he was off work! Whoever my husband talked to said they had plenty of iPhone X's in store and to come on down. Once he got there no one seemed to know why Fabian would make such an outlandish promise to honor a deal or who he talked to from Verizon getting permission for such a thing. My husband kept getting told "Verizon canceled the promo" as if that was an explanation. None of salespeople seemed to think it was a big deal because "Verizon canceled the promo" was a valid reason for them. Now I get that, you can't make something happen out of nothing. But you also can't use that as an excuse when someone who works there guaranteed us a certain price knowing the promo ended. If someone in the Victra store was able to guarantee it why was everyone else so easily able to ignore the issue? My husband let the staff there on Monday know what Fabian had told us and the collective response was "oh well, sorry". On BF we would have happily gone to one of the other stores that had the phone but our trust in Victra and it's employee led us to believe that we would get the service promised to us. There is no happy ending to this story. It doesn't end with them figuring out a way to do the right thing and honor the deal or even a phone call from Fabian apologizing for his mistake. It ends with us going down to Best Buy and buying the phone from them for $400 more.

Came in to upgrade my phone a few days ago and i was blown away by how friendly the crew was. All 3 of the gentlemen there were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They assured me how they'd take care of anything i needed to get taken care of that day. The process was very fast and i left the store with a brand new iphone and a smile on my face. Definitely recommend this verizon to anyone in the area.

Just as I was about to be helped, the one of the associates was talking smack about the customer before me by saying how annoying her questions was, etc etc. Upon helping me, they stayted I didn't qualify for a promotion. I was confused because 3 other associates over the phone said I did. Idk if they're just sloppy, in knowledgeable or didn't want to help...

You won't believe this, read to the end.... Last month we made the decision to become Verizon customers, so we went to the new store on Calloway drive and ordered a new service plan and 3 new iPhone's to go with it. After our delivery date came and went I called the store inquiring about why our phones hadn't shown up yet, I was told there was a delay due to a storm, but was assured that the phones would arrive that coming Friday and they provided me a tracking number to see when the phones were delivered. That Friday FedEx showed that the phones had been delivered and signed for. We rush to the store to pick up the phones, the employee looks around, doesn't see anything, he casually asks the other employee if he knew where the phones were. Nothing, no phones anywhere. They joke with each other about how, "this has never happened before!" Then the employee who was "helping" me says, "well, I guess you can call FedEx and see what happened. Because your phones aren't here." HUH?! So, I called FedEx and started an investigation on my own and left the store empty handed without even so much as an apology. Over the next two weeks I was promised multiple follow up calls, and to be clued in on the investigation process. Not one call was returned. Not one. I had to make every single call to them to find out what was going on. All while I had already paid a $165 deposit just to have the phones ordered. At the end of this month and a half long nightmare, I finally get in touch with the boss, who tells me that the phones were in fact missing and they would refund my money, oh and the promotion I signed up for had expired. That was it, they lost my phones and they were refunding my deposit. Not one of them offered to order new phones, or try to fix this in anyway. The epitome of poor customer service. Do not waste your time and money like we did. Head over to GoVerizon on Rosedale and Allen and speak with Rafael he will fix everything, because he practices costumer service.
