They could not locate their truck or driver even though he entered a private road community without coming to do his job therefore trespassing. He called once after entering the gate and when I did not answer he drove an hour the other way instead of the 10 min drive to the house, marking us as “not home” he is a liar who was trying to cut a corner.. He would not let it go that it was because he was in a rush but avoiding that 10 min drive cost him an extra 3 hours of work. BRILLIANT!
The girls on the phone give you nothing but “yeah okay” kind of answers and are of 0 help. They should be replaced with robots.
They have me a 0 day warning in delivery with no time window and a requirement that I am home so I have been held hostage by a bunch of incompetent people today. I hope to never use this service again. HORRIBLE
All employees I spoke to today passed me off to another employee or gave excuse after excuse. I know they make you feel better about the bad quality of work but it only makes a customer less happy. Simply sad actually this is what customer service looks like these days

This company is THE WORST company I have ever had to deal with. They picked up my order for a simple return, and it seemed to disappear. Don't even bother trying to resolve the issue. Their customer service is beyond subpar. Bottom line, if your package says it's being delivered by this company...good luck.

Cant find a simple address, do not contact and wont call me back or email me back. The customer service is atrocious. I have called 6 times and they don't even give me a straight answer. Use someone else or you will be disappointed.

Not happy with the service that they have given. If it's not one thing it another thing I'll never use Estes Express again. For me being a business owner this is not good service If I say I'll be there between 11am and 12pm I'll be there and if I have a problem I call the customer and let them know what is going on.

Awful customer service. Had two different times where I had to go to work just to wait for them to deliver. Both times they did not show up. I called to figure out what was going on and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Before I finally gave up and left a message. Sent multiple emails with no response, such a disappointment and so frustrating to have such terrible customer service.
