“I had a Google Pixel 8 that had a pink line running through the screen, and needed repair through warranty. I got there at 10, and the man knew what was wrong, and grabbed the part from the back room. He said it should be done by 1. I got back around 1:30, and sure enough, it was completely repaired, and that the warranty has taken care of the bill.
The part that impressed me the most, was there quick professional work. They kept their computer screen hidden, so that it didn't reveal other customers information. They showed so much patience to other customers, even when their phone issues wasn't along the lines of what they do. Like downloading apps and such. Also, their friendliness. It's one thing to have the knowledge, but another thing to be kind about it. Just remember, this is a place that repairs physical damage to your phone. So, I would definitely go back to them if I want it done right, and quickly, and friendly. Kudos to you all for just doing stellar work!!”
