“Great service! Had been a few years since I last used the South Union Avenue location, but it doesn't seem to have changed. Park your car, the service person comes out (Andrew in this case) with a rolling tool cart & checks the battery and/or charging system. Was advised my 6+ year old battery had a dead cell in it; consequently, it wasn't holding a charge. Andrew stated the batteries available for my vehicle as well as their price and warranty. After answering a few questions, he removed the old battery, carried it inside, carried the new battery out and installed it. Total time 15-20 minutes maximum. No wasted time, no sales pressure, simple, and friendly. A complete pleasure doing business with.”

“Chris deserves a raise! Went in not looking forward to haveing a new phone bill, but needing a new phone. Chris is very knowledgeable and found me a great deal. He knows how to read his customers and brought me some extras to look at like a case and screen protector and charger. Things I would not have got from tmoble otherwise. Chris was amazing! He got my new phone setup and transferred. Had me run through my apps and make a call to check everything was working. Even got us upgraded on a new plan. “I can't believe this location is still here! I used to come here back in the day when I was a gamer myself. Now I'm bringing my teenager here. Selection was pretty limited for Switch games. The prices are about the same as I remember...high! The staff who helped us was professional and helpful. He offered us a $2.99 protection on each game that we probably didn't need, but got anyway because: kids! I don't know that I'd seek out going here physically since you can download so many games now, but if the need arises, we'd definitely be back!”

“I love the staff here they are super friendly, bilingual, and knowledgeable. I’m still waiting on my results for a firmware password stuck on my Mac so hopefully all is well. It was 50$ for the assessment and attempt to remove firmware, he said if it goes through itll be only couple hundred bucks which is a steal (if it works bc if it doesn’t I’m out a computer due to OS Mac) and also if it doe NOT work he said he would simply return my computer to me :) no extra charge.Parking lot sucks but you just need to go when it’s not busy like after 2PM and avoid weekends it’s the parking lot that sucks not the store”
