I highly recommend this place. Especially their wood furniture. I have pieces from here that are over 10 years old. This brings me to my recent experience which is why I will keep coming back and recommending them to everyone I know. I was looking for a king bed frame with drawers in the frame to save space. They were able to custom order exactly what I wanted. The order did get delayed do to the holidays but the customer service was impeccable they called me every week without fail with updates. They were also able to accommodate delivery times for me. Just amazing customer. When the bed came the quality was amazing but what was delivered was a CalKing bed and with a quick phone call the problem was solved. Everyone I have spoke with one the phone has been very professional.

Worker, installer, leave there trash all over called office spoke to a lady who was rude, and did carry if there workers left trash. I would not do business with them.... slobs

I was helped out by a wonderful young lady named Aracely. I came in to look at the furniture selection on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by her. She was very patient and answered all my questions and showed me multiple pieces in the store. She was very thoughtful and wrote down all the pieces that I wanted. I went home to consult with my husband and returned the following day and asked for her specifically since we already spoke about what I liked. She was very accommodating and friendly, and even helped me apply for various financing options so I could have all my pieces to furnish my first apartment. It's a wonderful store with a large selection and many items in stock. The longer I stay at my apartment I hope to add more pieces to it from El Capitan furniture :)

They were very helpful and offered us free and fast delivery! I’ve been to other furniture stores and delivery right now is at least a month out, so I’m glad I came to El Capitan. I just bought a dining room set and it’ll be delivered next week!
