This location is just terrible. I ordered a $200 Valentine's Day fruit arrangement and while it was delivered correctly the fruit was totally not ripe and the berries were tiny and not fresh at all. I called twice and was told a manager would call me but 14 days later and still nothing. I'm complaining to corporate so for now don't waste your money. I should have looked at their reviews because my experience is apparently not unusual.

This is the second year that the Calloway locations has failed to deliver what was ordered. We ordered, red and white roses, 2 dozens and we received 1 dozen yellow (dead)roses with a carnation filler. There chocolates are great, but all other service is the worst. I do NOT recommend them for special occasions that require flowers. Two horrible experiences with them, I will not return, not even for there chocolates. Stay away!!!!

Valentine’s Day was ruined. Order was placed one week before delivery was never made. Absolutely do not order from these guys ever ever ever ever ever ever again. They should be absolutely insane themselves to even call themselves a A business

I placed my order 7 days before valentines. I called the day of 14th in the morning and in the afternoon to confirm my order was going to be delivered the 14th . The customer rep said yes of course residence deliver is from 2pm-7pm.i called at 6pm than at 6:30pm I followed with the tractor and kept loading to confirm deliver. I waited til 8pm and as you know they close at 7pm. I did not receive a call that my order was going to be delayed or not delivered at all. Worst customer service to customer experience. Really disappointing to have to wait all afternoon and rearrange dinner plans for this. Coomunication is key unfortunately this location does not have it.

Do not order from here, flowers I ordered were moldy, wilted, and the bottom of the stems were brown, leaves were brownish and yellow and the worker claimed they were fresh when they were not and the chocolate covered strawberries had spots and the leaves were brown after claiming they were fresh as well the customer service end of it is terrible and the girl i believe her name was analble I was on the phone with had a very bad attitude… called multiples times and would get hung up on or left on hold… I’m very upset after spending over $100 DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!Update: I received a refund for my order which I appreciate, but still will not order from here…

Ordered a birthday gift through door dash. A balloon, a bear, and cookies. I got a call saying there were no cookies and I said that is fine. Without asking they sent a fruit arrangement. The person I was sending this to is allergic to strawberries. Awesome job. Will not order here again.

PICK UP ONLY! Disappointing Great product, however they need to stay out of the delivery market. Reviews prove the company's incompetence and track record of the inability to deliver on-time or procure courier services suitable for timeframes selected and paid for. Additionally, they also lack ability to communicate any changes/updates to customers accordingly. Had a missed delivery and a re-delivery scheduled 4-days later still paying the $25 next day fee. No email/text that both were not delivered. Refund pending.

Terrible customer service and order got late, it was suposed to be a farewell present and never got to received it since the bouquet got SO late. When I called to ask what was going on, why my delivery was so delayed, the person who got my call was so rude and simply said he didn't know at what time if any was going to be delivered, I asked him if he can call delivery person or do something and he replied with the same rude answer he didn't have any info nor help for me. Don't waste your money here.

I am so upset how my mother’s birthday surprise was ruined. I ordered 2 dozen roses and she received roses that looked like they had been drugged up out of a dumpster. My mother’s co-workers made fun of her roses and that was so embarrassing for my mother and forMe on her special day! I demand a refund for such poor quality of service and low quality items being delivered.

My husband ordered a strawberry dish with a balloon and stuffed teddy bear to surprise me at my office. It was supposed to be delivered at 12pm on 2/14/23, it didn't arrive to my office until 1:30pm. When I opened it to taste it, the chocolate was melting off and the strawberries were warm. Did not taste good at all! Then I realized they didn't leave a teddy bear with it! I called to let them no they forgot the teddy bear, they said they will deliver the teddy bear to my residential address since I was leaving my office soon. Never got the teddy bear, so now I have to drive to their location to pick it up! Definitely wasn't worth the $75. It was my first time getting anything from Edible Arrangements and it will also be my last.

Very disappointed. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my wife as a surprise for Valentines day. I had to come up with a lame excuse to keep her at the house until they got there. But, by 6:30 PM it became pointless. I finally told her what I was up to, but since the status on the "track my order" feature never changed from "store has received your order" I could only assume it was still not out for delivery. I called the store directly and confirmed, still not out for delivery so I cancelled the order. Ruined the whole day, not sure why there was an issue since they apparently use doordash drivers to fulfill the delivery portion. I could go on, but you get the point. This is not my first bad experience with them, but it is the last.
