Staff not that friendly on returns. Seems a struggle to return shirts that I had worn and at first was told she wasn't going to accept them. I brought up DXL's return policy and was told I could have store credit. All I wanted was a smaller size. She helped me order that online and have it sent to my home.
This was an online purchase.
I have been shopping here as long as I have been fat, which is over 10 years and never had an experience like this. This story has changed in quality of service and is why I changed to online.

I found out, last minute, that the dress shirt I had no longer fit. On my way to my cousins wedding I stopped at the Bakersfield store for a new dress shirt. I was immediately greeted by a salesperson named Gabby. She very professional and attentive. She help me find the perfect size shirt. She even took the time to find a same size shirt that was out of the package so I could see how it fit. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of great customer service because in this day and age you don't get that anymore. Thank you Gabby!!!

Not enough knowledge I know it was a holidays but I didn't get greeted it wasn't that many people in the store And no one to dress me until they were on their way to do something else instead of making me part of the priority of being there That's normally not the case but in this case it was then they gave a problems about how to retrieve My reward points your system is not put together right as far as getting a reward points if you have taken away getting points for your birthday you need to put that out before people get there We can make your writing more bold on your ads to say that if you are buying online and picking up in the store you get a discount for a person to come all the way in and think if they spend $100 they'll get $15 off is unfair to them especially with high gas prices just a general thought

Decent prices, decent selection. Big guys are use to all styles not being available, and prices being a bit higher. But this store is definitely better than most.
