My husband and I are new to The Practice, but have been impressed with the care and professionalism of Dr Mensink and his staff. He speaks plainly without any excuses. He listens. That’s what we want.
As we are getting older, our bodies are getting aches and pains that we aren’t used to, and Dr Mensink has a plan. I like his holistic approach. Having no insurance is a daunting thing, especially as we age, but then we probably never would have taken the leap to go see Dr Mensink. I’m happy that we did.

Excellent medical care.
MD Follow ups and daily checks with patients. Rarely does the patient waste time waiting. Dr Mensink and staff are punctual and efficient. And competent!

I too am a new patient. I am struggling, no fault of the Practice, to get to the operating room for a spine surgery. Everyone has been very helpful and doing the best that they can. I am very thankful for Dr Mensink and his tremendous knowledge of the medical profession.

I am a new patient with Dr. Mensink. The entire staff is wonderful, very caring and personal. I arrived with an acute condition that was quickly becoming chronic. Dr Mensink immediately ordered several test to help identify the root cause. It has been a breath of fresh air to accomplish what would normally take 6 months in most medical settings in less than a month. Many of their processes are quick and efficient. Also, Nurse Tara is an exceptional person. She has a heart of gold and truly cares about every aspect of The Practice.

Dr Mensick and his staff are wonderful. I love his holistic approach. You feel like a person and not like a number. A doctor who actually speaks with (not at you) and listens to your concerns.
I left the practice because I obtained health insurance through my new employer.
Unfortunately, this type of insurance (self pay), is not deemed acceptable insurance per California law and I was fined a percentage of my income. This was added to my California Tax return. (No way to avoid this.)
I don’t understand why I was penalized for paying my own medical costs.
How dare Governor Newsom force Californians into government sponsored insurance. Changes need to be made.
