I went to pay for what I was buying they told me they close at 6:30 the website says at 7 she just didn't wanted to help me she said they were already closed I was just going to make a payment and leave and they didn't want to help me. Rude and bad service

This location has pretty good customer service and everyone is friendly as soon as you walk inside. I've been here twice towards the end of last year, I've had my necklace fixed a few times, from the chain to the pendant. The second time I dropped my necklace off , it was the chain and the pendant I gave them, then I realized my pendant was repaired incorrectly so I took it back and they fixed it for me with no issues, free of charge. They called me and let me know my necklace was ready for pickup, when I got there I was only given my pendant, not my chain, I asked one of the service reps if that was all of my necklace because I was pretty sure I gave my chain also. I haven't been able to wear my necklace since I've paid to get it fixed and the pendant corrected again.

I was in on the weekend, i was greeted from the moment we walked into the store. Great customer service! They helped me find the best gift for my mother and sister. While in the process of making my application I was offered coffee and cookies. I love the hospitality of the place. Definitely coming back when looking for another forever gift!
