Explore all options first, Daniel's recently had a iPad tablet promotion after spending close to 5k. We received a used and abused outdated ipad... this was after 1 employee tried to say our purchase was not eligible, but another said it was....And the time before this I was told that I would be notified of the cost to make the ring but never received the call...Any Ways look around at your options...

Really helpful staff and great to use to get your credit started. Only downside is really persistent staff on sales and practically try to force you to buy more jewelry.

I had called a day before about getting a refund or exchange and they said yes. I go today and the "store manager" said no. I now have to drive to Clovis to return my ring. I would have exchanged it but he was rude. They never keep their words.

Pushy salespeople and con artists bought a ring from here i just had it appraised for 300 dollars. I spent 1500 on the ring. Never will I do business with them again. Spend your money with a local jeweler, place is a rip off

Still waiting for my phone call to be returned. Maria said I would receive a call from their main office(?) about my diamond on Monday. Well, Wednesday is almost over and still no call! I AM NOT surprised. I'll update my situation after I get a call.......whenever that may be.......?

Stay away from this “so called” jewelry store! Beware!!! I inherited a priceless ring from my grandmother and wanted the bezel setting checked that HELD a 1.1 carat top of the line diamond. They said it needed $180 worth of gold added to reinforce the setting. I got it back and the setting was so built up it hindered the view of my diamond. 5 weeks later…MY DIAMOND WAS GONE! I called Daniels immediately and was told it was sturdy and fine when they gave it back……and asked me WHAT DID I DO TO IT????!!!!!!?????? They could care less. I took my ring in to a certified accredited jeweler. He told me there were bubbles and many imperfections around the inside of the setting. The direct reason for that was the gold was NOT PURE. It was junk gold! He said it was like putting the diamond in Swiss cheese and he was surprised it stayed in for a day! I’m getting an affidavit from the jeweler who examined the “work” Daniels did….and I’m going after the that stupid store. My ring was last appraised for $9,700. I’m so sick over this and the way I’ve been treated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHODDY STORE THAT SELLS AND CREATES JUNK. They are a rip off.

So I found this place by accident while getting pizza this place so far has been pretty good they do make a quick turn around on custom pieces for me which I love. The ladies and the guys are pretty friendly I been there about 5 times bought 5 things from them love it so far the price wasn't bad I will be back yes I know they had a very low Yelp rating no I'm not getting paid for my review

Do you not whatever you do go to them I purchased a ring I had them size it they told me a date they called me and change the date I went in on the date the ring wasn’t ready told me to be 30 minutes they haven’t even started it I went back the next day to pick up the ring put it on my finger and it literally split into two pieces Horrible horrible experience everybody please take your money and go somewhere else

Merchandise forced to buy the very expensive rings and for credit, name Edward I would try able to pay it off and save money seem pretty friendly there.
