Pharmacy techs lie. Only received half of my prescription because they claimed the other half was not requested of them. Yet, it clearly shows on my cvs account that both were sent out and ready.

Recently switched to CVS from RiteAid due to pricing. But after several visits, I’m about ready to switch back. I get the sense that the pharmacy staff are given a mission statement from a government agency, “Customers are lucky for us to take our precious time to wait on them!”. Very poor customer service. The straw that “broke the camel’s back” was when they charged me $10.81 for a “free” home Covid 19 test!\\n\\nAfter submitting this review, I spoke personally with the store manager. The manager sounded sincerely concerned with my overall reaction to my last experience. He also confirmed the charge was improper. So…I’m adding a couple of stars and we’ll watch during our next visit to see if this is just a bad day or SOP.
