Generally, this is like any other pharmacy. This week was worse. Several days ago, I got a notice that my RX was being filled and would be ready in a couple days. Great, now today, several days later it's unfilled and I have two days of medication left. I go to the web portal and nothing indicates it is or will be filled so I submit a refill request. Then I call. I sit on hold for almost 10 minutes before someone picks up, seems to press a bunch of buttons without talking and hang up on me. I call back and wait 12 minutes, no one picks up the hold at all. I personally, don't have the time nor the inclination to wait over 22 minutes on hold for someone to pick up and I have never seen a line that long in store or in the drive thru so unsure why the phones were neglected but I don't like having to chase prescriptions that were already allegedly being filled and should have been finished by now.

I don't usually review pharmacies because it's usually a mundane chore... picking up prescriptions and meditations is NOT fun. That's probably the only reason why you'll find me here... However, the staff here has gone far and beyond their job. Actually, it was actually the urgent care job. Anyhow, instead of focusing on the negative, let me praise the staff at the CVS pharmacy at this location. They were so helpful and kind. They gave me information on how I can get my son's prescription over. When the urgent care failed to do it, they took it upon themselves to directly contact the urgent care office on my behalf. They didn't have to do that... I have never heard of a busy pharmacy call a provider to get a prescription for a patient!!!! But this location did that for me because the provider's office was giving me an unnecessary run-around. So, to complete this post... thank you CVS staff. You guys are always so friendly and patient with customers who aren't feeling well. (I mean that's the only reason why we visit - it's cause we need meditation) I appreciate you kindness, your patience, and grace ... I am truly blessed by your customer service.

It was frustrating dealing with poorly trained staff at this location. The pharmacist didn’t understand that insurance can provide prescription coverage without a prescription card and insisted I was wrong… even though he was. He tried to charge the sticker price, over $50, for medications that actually cost $11. Only in America do you have to argue with your pharmacist while sick and feeling terrible. Of course, no apology or anything once he figured it out and charged the correct price. They also let me leave without receiving any patient education about the medications which might be against the law …? ?

They closed the store 10min early and all I was doing was picking up an order. Couldn't even just hand me the order really fast. That's highly unprofessional and not how you run a business. Highly upset with this location. Never had a problem at other locations!

Bruh their freezer section is down and for whatever reason they have all their food still sitting in the freezer. The sign says do not open but oh my God the smell when you walk in it smacks you right in the face. That food should be tossed away so that the foul smell can go away.

Steven was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find a specific Benadryl product I was looking for. He always has such a great upbeat attitude every time I come in to this location! Very well ran CVS!

Not friendly at all and even I think the manager if he is in white hair and he wears glasses he’s not friendly also mean stuff but there’s two girls was very helpful and other two one of them Indian and the other had a black hair and earrings in her nose are not friendly at all cvs !!!!! MADE change to your bad customer service???!!!!!!

Pharmacy service is too long. I don't like how the drive thru is set up. Maybe if they remove the damn yellow pole, it'll make things easier for us drivers and we wouldn't be far away from the window when we get our meds. Also, we can barely hear them talk through the damn speaker. They need to replace it so we can hear y'all better.

I enjoy shopping at cvs however during my visit at around 6:30 pm on 1/12/23 a cashier by the name of lily (heavy built Caucasian woman) was very rude, impatient and disrespectful to me as I needed her help picking detergent from behind the glass. She kept the same attitude as I was checking out. I did not give her the same energy she gave me, instead I decided to write this review in hopes the manager would step in and possibly get her some sensitivity or further customer service training. I must say, if I were white she would not have treated me that way. We can act like racism doesn’t exist all we want in this country but it does!

Hesitated to review thought it was just a bad day type of mood regardless not excuse in customer service, but looking at reviews its a common occurrence. been here only a few times but every time the staff very unfriendly and seemed often annoyed when you ask questions about sales or to get assistance.

Really went to get my brothers Covid-19 booster shot, had an appointment set up for 6:00, arrived 5-10 minutes early and was told that the staff had gone for a lunch break and that I would have to wait “no more than an hour” for them to return from their lunch break, like what???? I literally made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait. They left for lunch knowing they had an appointment. CVS policy is that you cannot get a vaccine/booster without an appointment, and if you arrive late, they also won’t accept you, but when it comes to you the customer, they sure won’t wait for you even if you have an appointment. Might as well not let people make appointments that land on employees lunch breaks.

good pharmacy to buy things
