Accidentally dropped my drink and they just kept staring me down and cursing at me from under their breaths. They keep acting like we were thieves. Costumer care was horrible.

The line for the pharmacy is always very long so I joined extra care for home delivery. I had trouble adding my father to our account and was told to contact the store directly for help.Upon doing so, a woman named Melissa tried feverishly to convince me that my father’s medication did not qualify for delivery. I advised her we purchased extra care and delivery is included.Either she is a moron and doesn’t understand her job or she is intentionally misleading customers. Regardless, corporate should be concerned!

Horrible, smells, humid and dirty. I was profiled here once because of my appearance, they asked me to leave my purse up front, I took my stuff to the counter instead and paid, workers then kept apologizing. Never shopping here again, disgusting place.

Whenever I want to use the coupons they send me. The Mr. Mayor who serves never wants to grab them. It says that the register does not give those discounts. The bad thing is that it blocks them and I can no longer use them in any other CVS. I don't go back to that store anymore. I've spent 3 times with him.

I switched to this CVS because the one on Stockdale was always way too long getting my prescriptions. They were good last year but this year it has gone down hill. You're constantly harassed as if you're a shop lifter the minute you walk in the door, And every time I've come here to pick up my prescription that's ready they're not open in the pharmacy. Firstly they don't open until 10 AM which is super late and then it seems like they randomly go to lunch right when I try. Annoying. Just gonna transfer to albertsons where they are always convenient

Workers are so friendly and do professional! Exelent pharmacy service. Except drive tru it should be just picking up and drop up, but some cars take for ever to move out, it's like they do they order there and decide to wait for 10 or 15 minutes there! ?♀️?♀️

Besides the store being a little crammed, it doesn't help that the doors are locked before it's posted time. People need last minute items sometimes!

I really love this CVS store, their employees are very friendly and helpful. The only downfall is at night time there is people around the shopping complex that may be suspicious. I usually go during the day to avoid that. However it is usually clean and organized, and I always use my coupons.

The store is very dirty, trash all over the carpet. The pharmacy closes for lunch- but I was at the counter and they just told me to come back in 30 minutes. Terrible customer service.

The staff at CVS pharmacy on Stine have always been professional and kind. They used to have more staff and I expect that they are really busy.

it's true it's not the safest even in broad daylight. I was waiting for the store to open in the morning and this bum approached the store and started waiting for it to open too. I wasn't scared of him but was ready to defend myself if I had to. he just asked "do they accept EBT?" And I said "yes" but I no idea so he'd leave me alone. They let the bum walk freely in the store and I jus got what I needed and got out.
