STORE HAS BEEN CLOSING AT 11pm due to technical issues for weeks now ! STORE IS FINE AT 10:59 I DONT see the technical issue . I just see lazy workers making excuses to make their last hour fun .i took this photo April 2nd , today is may 25th . To be a multi million dollar company this is absurd ! And needs to be fixed !!

They have so much products locked up but no staff to unlock the cases. It's dumb I have to wait in front of a locked case for 20 mins just to get what I need then have to wait 10 mins in line to pay for it.

Mina at the pharmacy (on the clock) was rolling her eyes and acting irritated that she has to interact with me as a customer. Sorry to bother you Mina! Maybe you should find another career instead of a pharmacy clerk if you hate people so much. Trust me, I don't want to spend my lunchbreak dealing with you either.

Every time I try to shop I feel like the employees are waiting for me to try and run out the door, they all gather by the door until I get thru the cash register. I go there now only to use the ATM. I always thank them for the use of the machine and I always feel like I am being watched.
I asked the pharmacist about the medicine I was taking and she just ignored me. I spent a lot of money in the back at the pharmacy register, I went down a isle instead of walking straight thru, and got escorted out to the parking lot. The only thing good is that they are open late and they carry milk.

The store itself is great but the pharmacy is a disaster. Been coming here for years since the one on California closed. First of all the drive through rarely has the second lane open and when they do they act like you're a jerk for using it. The sign says they won't fill a new Rx at the drive through because it will cause long waits. Yesterday I'm pretty sure that's exactly what they did. We waited a LONG time. When we pulled forward we were told we could not use a Good RX coupon at the drive through. And that they needed to close the window for lunch soon. Wow. I paid the full price just to get out of there. Can't wait to switch pharmacies.

Worst cvs ever. Dirty carpets ...almost always. Some of the girls r nice but some r terrible. I tried to make a rsv shot appt online and the website sucks!Says no clinics available in 93309 or Bakersfield ca. The gal on the phone sfter it rang for 8 min said go online.

Everytime I go there, I wait 20 - 30 minutes and I never understand why. There's usually 4 - 5 people in front of me and they take forever. They are ALWAYS RUDE, entitled, and lazy. They act like you interrupted their lunch break to give you medicine.

I never got a call for my prescriptions being ready. I never got a call to let me know they received my insurance information. I waited weeks to hear anything, and I finally had to walk in. They did not seem busy, yet I did not receive a call. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I got Yvonee. I hope that's her name. She explained the situation they were in and helped me get my prescriptions filled. I was planning on finding a new pharmacy, but because of Yvonne, I will be sticking with CVS. DO NOT GET RID OF HER, or my business will go with her. She's the reason for a 5-star review and the time it takes to actually review.
