Went by the cricket location on Panama to see about switching over to cricket. Upon arrival there was a sign in the door that said be back in 15 minutes. Waited 20 minutes. Nobody ever showed up, I left ,the next day was in the same shopping center and decided to stop back in to check for new services .. and was unpleasantly told that I must have a mask to enter the store. By this time most medical facility's don't require masks to enter because of new Covid guidelines that are no longer a requirement. Came to the conclusion that this store does not want new customers and it's obviously an inconvenience for their employees to assist with information on products (lazy) so they just refer to the bad copy of mask signage on the front door to get them out of assisting clients or my case potential client. To the store manger if your store is underperforming take a close look at your staff this could be a good place to start.

Not good at reception, busy on the phone bad post It's a loss for the business, not taking care of the customer A worker who cares about the customer should be placed I do not recommend this place

Came in with my family on Thursday evening to switch companies from ATT & metro, the girl working was Zaira she was extremely helpful greeted us the moment we walked in & most of all super patient took her time and most of all great attitude ; helped me get everything I needed and answered my questions ……. Made a great choice switching over to Cricket !!!? overall great experience

Would give no stars if I could. Came in tonight at 7 pm store closes at 730. We walked in planning on purchasing a new family plan. The girl working didn't even acknowledge or greet us. She was helping another customer so we patiently waited for her to finish. Stepped outside as she finished with customer. We saw her finally ring out the customer. So as we proceeded to walk up to her for help. It was exactly 730 I understand it was time to close, but had been there for almost 30 mins prior. We explained that to her and she said I don't care. We are closed, pulled door shut and locked it. Asked her for her name to make complaint with management. She ignored me then walked to the back of store.

So walk in to get a new screen protector and talk about my account as soon as I walk in they tell me I need a face mask. [ I have both shoots] but one of the employees doesn't have a face mask on Till her Co worker tells me. Like really follow your own rules

Horrible customer service, I went there about 2 months ago. the both girls that were there were having personal conversations within each other. The one helping me name was Vania. They were having conversations about their boyfreinds. They were being so loud. rather than informing me with the company they thought their conversation was more important. Never coming here again. Do not waste your time.
