This last past year. I've noticed they have had horrible customer service. And you don't really get deals on There phone anymore if youre upgrading just do it online much faster and cheaper. The guy was trying to sale me a a phone at full retail price when I had just seen it on line for more than half off on the upgrade.

I took my friend to get service and the girl jus looked frustrated and was very rude she had a big line of customers and didn’t even bother on greeting them when she got to me and helped me out it was a mess I immediately go to a different cricket which happened to be close to my house and I loved it there completely different environment always greeting their customers she ended up correcting the mistake and now there is no other cricket I go to.. this one is on 2505 Haley st inside foodsco go check it out you’ll love it as much as I did

He told me I need a new phone to upgrade the Cricket app in order for me to use the Cricut app cuz I took it down to Cricket Wireless and I only have the 5.1 version I need the 9.1

Meh.. I upgraded to a new phone. The girl was real nice, and she seemed to be trying to be helpful but when I left, Nothing had been set up on my new phone. What a pain! and a disappointment. I guess I've been spoiled because everyone at the Cricket store in Ft Mohave, AZ was super nice and super helpful! It took a bit of time but they went the extra mile for sure and helped me get everything all set up. She even called me later to make sure I was happy with her service. This Bakersfield store.. not even close. Kinda bummed. I'll look for a different Cricket store next time.
