I used to love going to this location but the last two visits were not that great. The ladies do not explain much or are not thorough with the reasoning as to why a new phone takes so long to update. Their response after I asked if my line would transfer successfully, after updating in the middle of a line transfer was: "You just have to wait and see if it works" If you work in customer service, you should have been a little more helpful. I get it, I purchased the phone online so there's no commission out of it for you but just being a little more helpful or friendly would have avoided this review.

Vanessa was amazing! She helped me with transferring everything from my nokia to my new iPhone took her time and didn't make me feel like she needed me out quickly even kept a conversation with me . i will be coming back next week to get a new phone for my mom

This is the worst place to pay service , the staff Never Help with any issues I have had after purchasing an IPhone. The staff have attitudes and they response like they really don’t care. I call and drive 9 miles just to get an attitude. I leave because they seem like they want to argue as soon as I enter this place on Ming. Whom ever is managing this place it does not even deserve 1 Star. Your customer service IS a thumbs down .

I Just Called November 26th 2022 at 6:01pm and asked to see if they had any iPhones 14 pro max in stock the guy immediately told me no and hung up. Very rude he didn’t let me ask if they had any other phones in stock.

I have never had someone help me that is so rude. The person that helped us was monotone. She did not listen to what I had said. When I told her what I had wanted again she got mad because she would have had to void out my transaction. On top of that she didn't activate the phone for us didn't tell me where to find my phone number and just highlighted the number said here, no she can activate it at home. I will never go to this store again. I will let the manager know of this as well. Very poor customer service and I've worked for the phone company for 15 years, I know customer service. This is unacceptable.

Zero stars. Worst customer service ever. Guy was watching videos while trying to help me. Lazy to get the information I needed. Was not professional at all and honestly, if I was managing a store like the one on Ming Ave, I would have fired him long time ago. Never going back to that store.
