Went into this location and was helped by the best representative there!! The manager Janae was very helpful in getting my children’s phones lines back in service after a very difficult time dealing with the phone agents!! She is always very friendly and makes sure you always leave the store a happy customer.. kudos to her for know her products and customer service!!!

Went in to see about changing services and was greeted by Silvia, Joanna and her team. Such great customer service had the best experience ever!! Switch from Verizon to cricket 4 phones in less than 1 hour. The girls had me in and out in no time.. excited to start saving money Verizon was a arm and a leg ? thanks girl appreciate all the help ?

Manager Janaai Was very rude and manipulative.Promised me it was the best service and after I started to walk out she convinced me to still get the service and service is very slow. Also was told I can get money back and called and was informed only device is refundable. FIRE HER

I went to buy a phone and the girl was eating a burger and she told me to wait. Until she finished eating I asked her to transfer my information to me and she told me that it wasn't just the short girl with dark skin that I lost everything.

This girl who has her hair dyed purple is very angry with you because you don't speak English and she is very rude, they should remove her because she only speaks English and she thinks she is racist towards those of us who don't understand English, they should remove her because if she doesn't bathe lose your customers

I usually don't post reviews, but i have to i came for an upgrade my phone and a young lady named Beneranda help, she was disrespectful towards her coworkers made me feel uncomfortable when she was shouting very rude while she was busy with people, She was so unprofessional,I came back a later day I had problems with my phone and the manager was really nice and professional, people like her should working ,I hope they fire the other employee!! I hope to hear back soon...

By far the best experience I’ve had, I came here yesterday to look around, i told the manager i will be back the next day, sure did i came I purchased a phone from a really nice young lady, I’ll absolutely loved good customer service and she was very friendly, i will be coming back soon!!
