Estrella I think her name was.? Sorry, I can't remember, but she was very professional and very friendly when I went in Thursday evening needing a new phone for my job. I highly recommend her.

Set up new account - rep misspelled my name and put the store's address as the account address, which made it impossible to get assistance. Took a lot of work to get straightened out.

It is 2 hour until they close and there has been an at lunch be back in 30 minutes sign on the door for over an hour. .. This is just ridiculous ?

The girl with glasses is rude . I’ve been in a couple times and I don’t know her name . I can tell she doesn’t have good experience with costumer service . I did not like the way she talked about me and gave me attitude. I’ve been helped out by the other employees with no problem but when she is in she has an attitude

I spoke with Rocio before I went in. Once I got there this girl had phones out with accessories to show me. She hooked me up with the best discounts. She was the sweetest sales girl I ever met. My wife even wants to switch now. She got me HBO max since I mentioned I work on the road away from home and got my bill lowered. You can tell this young lady loves what she does. If anyone wants to go in I recommend Rocio She hooks you up with the best and she’s pretty my wife even thought so. Estrella was there and was super nice as well I recommend both these girls thank you ladies we will be back

My husband and I went in today to port over from Metro. Rocio was very helpful and got us the best savings she could. We walked in and she already had phones to show us with the accessories included. She helped us with the cricket app and showed him how to manage his account and got us HBO max for our kids. Her and Estrella were amazing and very helpful! All smiles and laughter the entire store visit. Beautiful young ladies who love their job. I recommend Rocio anytime you want to go in she hooks you up !! My husband and I will be coming here from now on

The District Manager is not customer oriented. Lies to customers to get them out of the store then is unavailable when you call her. She does not train her staff, they new nothing about no credit check financing, the staff said they never get goals. Outside of the store looks horrible. To many staff members just sitting around, no marketing being done. No drive to hit number. Staff new very little about phones, had no iPhone SE's in stock , no idea when they would be in. Cases not marked wish model they fit. They screwed up my order and no one will fix it,, just pass it out to someone else and it's been 3 days. Now DM is eating lunch (I can hear her tell the girl what to say) cricket wireless is a joke! I'm a regional manager for a large retailer. You guys need new management in This location.
