I like cricket really have no problem whatsoever but when it comes to paying the phone bill and something happens out of your auto pay and I end up calling customer service instead of them waving the $4 fee they say oh we can't do that you have to pay it it's ridiculous my payment is $35 not $40 do me a favor wave the fee I'm a dependable customer

Employees are friendly and helpful with phone sales but not with any phone issues..I had to come home and fix my own issue.I have never worked in a phone store but by the looks of it I know more about phones and their functions than some of the store's employees.
