Bought 4 new tires after being installed I got home to clean my wheels and one of the cover bolts was missing as shown in picture and some where not fastened all the way.and missing stem cover.

A big Costco shopper. Spent the night in Bakersfield and decided to get gas. The price per gallon was the best I've seen in California. The wait in line wasn't too bad. Keep the cheap gas flowing!
