I’ve been trying to get a prescription filled for a week, and they refused to fill it with good rx and are dismissive and not the least bit helpful. Very disappointed, I’ll not ever be using them.

Went there today. In the self checkout this rude employee was clearly racist. Its a shame. There are a lot of good workers there but one or two racist drag the whole place down.

Bakery has gone downhill We've ordered Birthday Cakes 3 separate times this year. The first two cakes were dry and barely any frosting on them. The third one was moist, but again the frosting was almost nonexistent. What in the heck is going on???????? Are they trying to save money by charging more and giving less? Our next cake will be bought at Von's or Albertsons. I'm so disappointed because Costco cakes have always been my family favorite. Just not as good and not the same.

6 deep lines and they won't open up more cashiers. It's worth the drive to Visalia Costco where they have excellent customer service!

I went to Costco to pick up a few items. When I got home I found two of the items were the wrong thing. On the same day I took them back to Costco as a return. Costco surprisingly was a real pain about the return. The guy at the counter complained that Costco loses money on returns and returning item was a lot of trouble for Costco. The guy went on and on and on and on. Did I mention the guy went on and on and on and on. Like it was coming out of his pocket. I have been a Costco member for some 30 years. I have returned items like 5 times over thirty years. I mentioned to him that last month I bought persimmons that had mold inside (not visible from the outside). I called the Costco then and they said I had to bring them back. I wasn't driving all that way for $8 so I let it go. I mentioned this to the guy and he didn't seemed bothered. I don't like stores that make returns such a problem. Maybe time to move on. Can anyone recommend SAM's Club?

Costco is always a good choice for a little family of 4. My kids devour so much food that I HAVE to buy in bulk. Can't deny they have WONDERFUL customer service and the value oft dollar goes a long way. Thanks for this new product!!! Can't wait for other dim sum products to arrive cause I can't go to Chinatown to get my dim sum fix.

I come here about every two months or so. I wish they would offer items in larger sizes. Like 1000 rolls of toilet paper maybe 500 pounds of bananas.

The other day I came in, and I forgot to check in, and I forgot what day it was, but what are your heart gatherers name? Abraham greeted me as I came in. Then, when I went to go get my cart, or the Rolf stacked up, do you happen to know that I was struggling and he helped me with it, which I never got that before with any of your court guys. The reason why I bring this up as like I'm handicap, and I don't look like I'm handicap. I'm a big guy, 6 foot, 284 pounds, so too many people I appear a real healthy guy. But I'm not. I really appreciate what he did. I didn't get his name, but a fabulous supervisor name Faviola! Help me get his name. When she found out that I was handicap, she even offered to load my stuff up! Excellent service from that group! I'm still reporting this on Yelp because I don't feel comfortable reporting it to Corporate because they just don't get it. I used to send my emails to corporate people they never responded! What a pity. That tells me what they must think about their customers!

so much better than awful CVS pharmacywe switched to Costco after CVS routinely gave us a hard time while picking up heart meds for our dog. only wish we would have made the change sooner. staff is great.thank you for making the process smooth and stress-free

So the other day I shopped bigger than I expected I was by myself and I have a little bit of disability and I try to do it all by myself anyways I had quite a large purchase and it was extremely hot and 4:35 PM-ish I was loading my groceries and I asked the gentleman very young gentleman that was getting carts if he could recognize that I had not picked up my ice and I was going to have to go back in and get it and I wanted him to be able to verify that I have not picked it up and I’ve already paid for it so he went in and got it and brought it out and put it in my ice chest for me and while he was doing so the very young security guard in the parking lot zoomed up in his golf cart and asked me if he could help me put my water in my car and did so with very much appreciation

If you are handicap avoid costco. It is a 45 min to 2 hour wait for riding carts. They. are lacking customer care and allow customers to do what they want. I am giving up on costco and going to Sam's Club.

I like Costco but this location needs some serious revision on customer service. You ask a simple question like downgrading your membership or a price adjustment for an item that was on sale but was charged full price, the employee always needs to ask help from a supervisor. And the supervisor doesn't give you a clear answer either. Honestly, if you don't know the answer, just say so, rather than give some haphazard runaround of nonsense. The door greeters are a joke as well. They don't greet you and keep chatting with their co-workers like you don't exist. I'm not saying to lay down a red carpet for us, but at least do your job and greet, like any other Costco location. And exiting the store to show your receipt is not any better. I'm not sure if theft is common at this location, but man do they carefully scan through your items every time unless you have very few items. It's just uncomfortable to shop here. And the self-checkout attendant has some weird power trip and tells people to go to a specific open register, even though there is no line and other registers are open. She then gets upset if you don't follow what she is telling you to do. The employees and their behavior here are extremely odd. One time, I asked a lady at customer service (ironically named) counter where I can ask for price adjustment, and she pointed at the general location further into the store and said something. I couldn't hear so I asked her to repeat and apparently that triggered something in her and gave me an attitude like I was an idiot. You can't ask anything simple to the people that work here without getting some kind of toxic behavior thrown back at you. I see there are other negative reviews about the service here. I won't be surprised if some of the positive reviews are fake. Just go to the Rosedale location if you want a normal and good Costco experience. Avoid this low tier Costco. I'm sure the employees also know this location is terrible, since the turnover rate seems really high. I wouldn't want to work here either.

Ordered my tires online they were shipped to store much faster than anticipated! Got a call from Mario that they had been delivered and I can come by anytime before 4 and have the tires installed. I drove in about 1:00, and boy is that easy walk in hand over keys to a smiling face and 45 mins and a slice of pizza later my car is already ready! Great deal on great tires and excellent service from everyone in the tires shop! Thank you so much!1
