Review of this place was not accurate. I’m still trying to recover from a haircut from Cathy. Wanted a shape and trim (per a photo I bought) and end up after 45 minutes in the chair, with a pixie (which was cut on dry hair). People really need to review accurately for the rest of us. Oh, and it cost $45 plus tip.

Went here for a gel manicure with Rosa. I sat down for my gel manicure. Rosa starts to remove my gel polish, then what seems to be her regular customer comes in and sits across from us - I assume I got double booked because Rosa starts to rush and seems nervous. Very quickly, my gel manicure turns into a polish change. Rosa removes my polish, puts new polish on, and says shes finished and requests $40. She did not do any kind of manicure; all she did was a basic polish change. She requested $40 for this polish change. Here are the prices on her desk: Gel manicure $35+ Spa manicure $40+ I told her I did not receive a manicure and explained that she did not push back, cut my cuticles, buff my nails or do anything other than change the polish. Her response, "You didn't need your cuticles cut and you received a manicure." I asked her how much she charges for a polish change, and she repeated to me that I got a manicure. I told her I would pay for a polish change but not a manicure because I didn't receive a manicure. I explained how a manicure involves nipping and cutting cuticles at minimum and she once again stated that I didn't need my cuticles cut, so she didn't do it. We went back and forth repeating ourselves until I finally asked for a manager, then she said there is no manager to speak to. I once again asked how much a polish change is and she snarled at me that I don't have to pay anything and can leave. So I left. I get my nails done on a regular basis and know the difference between a manicure and a polish change. Apparently, this manicurist does not. I wouldn't recommend this place because of Rosa. I hope she doesn't rip off other people charging $40 for a simple polish change and calling it a manicure.

I called this Salon & spoke to the receptionist who seemed rather bothered. I inquired about the menu which is posted online. She said, the prices are higher. She also said, it's up to each hairdresser what they decide to charge. I asked about an appointment she said, someone will call me back in 15 minutes. That never happened.

Holly is always so consistent & kind during our appointments. She works quick & I'm in & out of my nail fill within 30-40 minutes! We always book the next appointment before I leave & it's easy to get a day and time that works for my schedule as well. 10/10 recommend!

It was my first time coming here. When I called to get an appointment, I got a call back like they said they would. I got an appointment with Desiree H. When I got there, she listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Im super happy with my haircut and will definitely be returning to her.
