I feel like I don’t see too many good reviews about this place. Their staff is super kind, very friendly and make me feel comfortable the several times I’ve gone. I will say that it does get pretty packed especially on Mondays so try to avoid those days, but besides that I enjoy coming here for my visits. Their X-ray girl is super nice too! Just be patient there’s only so much they can do at a time.

Come here for a dose of frustration. Finally seen by a doctor 1hr after my appointment. Erica,“center operations director” fancy title for someone with little knowledge in position of informing patients! She rants on about how disability & FMLA differ, and cant sign off on paper work because its “FMLA”! If you would just take a close look, you would see the paper work clearly states “DISABILITY & FMLA! 3 doctors, all with different ways to care for my wound? I began recording my sessions with each of them for personal record keeping. So that I may keep track of the different information im being told. This is a SERIOUS injury and im entitled to know how to properly care for it. Erica didn’t like that I was voice recording ,OF COURSE SHE WOULDN’T, knowing the information she was providing is false or unsure of it herself. I proceed to check out with no directions from doctors. Receptionist hesitates to provide me with doctor notes (documentation) she claims “they were having computer issues that day” finally after a few attempts (poof) they magically find them? I despise leaving bad reviews or petty ones; However, when you are in pain, unsure, and seeking help from “Professionals” it’s EXTREMELY frustrating when they fail you!

I enjoyed coming to Concentra. It was not crowded. I got in quickly. I received my Tb skin test needed for employment in a timely manner. Thank you

Facility was nice and clean and they offer snacks and water. There was a little bit of a wait due to a full lobby, but the staff was nice and courteous and everyone was called in a reasonable time.

Wait time is ridiculous. Of all the doctor's offices that I have been to in my day this seems to be the worst. Staff is unorganized and incompetent. And Dr. Saurabh is a complete jerk. I don't recommend this place to anyone. With an exception of Dr. Wick, he needs to go work for another company.

Efficient and professional for the load of clients that are cleared a day. Calmed me down when taking blood samples and address concerns I had.

Besides the long wait time, Dr. Garamendia was extremely rude to me. He raised his voice and told me he was a physician and I needed to respect him. I replied that I was a patient and I too needed to be respected. The supporting staff was extremely nice!

My appointment was for 9:30, I got there at 9:09. I did get seen until 10:30! Everything was fine once the doctor arrived.

The majority of staff is really kind and seems to have a good process in place. However, the wait time is far too long, and this is with a few visits for simple work physical stuff. It typically has been 2-4 hrs

On 7/28/2023 I checked in at 7:52 then after filling out paperwork I received a text to complete registration via phone after I completed it and sent it I had to do it again and the nurse verified it was sent, then at 10:27 I was finally called into the ack and they couldn't find the registration in the computer so we did it on the computer and when the nurse went to pull it up it still wasn't there so we had to do it AGAIN....finally after 4 1/2 hours I was finished. Today 7/31 after driving again 45 miles to have the TB results read they could NOT find the paperwork, finally 48 minutes later they found it.....MAYBE I should change the rating to a1?????

Waiting time is crazy! I came in before my appointment time hoping I’d be out quicker and it was the opposite. Patients who came in after me were seen before me. Unbelievable

This place is awful. Came to take my DOT physical. Doctor and his assistant messed up on my papers. Dmv won’t let me get my permit in hand until they are corrected. Third time coming back for corrections and now I have to wait 3 hours just for the doctor to literally update 2 pages with just by switching the dates. No telling how long I’ll have to wait again once I go back in 3 hours to pick up the papers. I hate it here. Only came because this was the place my job paid for me to get this physical did. Awful awful. Sloppy and awful

The staff at Concentra was warm and welcoming. Deidre has been the MA helping me and she has been extremely efficient and professional. I highly recommend Concentra.
