I found the same chairs online for much less. When you go to the store you're given a block of time to try the chair out and then after that he takes you to another room where he tries to sell it to you.

I visited the store two days ago and purchased a massage chair. I was in the trial room for about 1 hour and Kenneth was super knowledgeable about all the chairs and provided exceptional customer service. He let me take my time trying the chairs and explained all the features. I did not feel pressured by him at all to make a purchase. Please save yourself some time when you are in the market for a massage chair and go see Kenneth.
