I received very poor service at this Verizon store on Calloway and Olive Dr. Verizon had over charged us $800 and I explained the problem to John the manager; he did not seem interested in helping me and asked Daniel to help me. Daniel took all of my info, and said he would look into it, and call me back the next day, he never called me. I then called the store and got a hold of Raul, he listened to my story, but said he couldn't do anything to help me. After a few weeks if getting nowhere with this staff I decided to go back into the store in person to see if someone could help me. A young lady named Alexis listened to my story ( Yet again) and something funny happened.....she said " Let me call customer service and see what we can do." Fast forward an hour later, we got the problem resolved. The problem was resolved because Alexis was the only one willing to call customer service and take care of it! We will be dropping Verizon because of their poor service, but I want to bring attention to the fact that Alexis was the only one out of these 4 staff members that genuinely wanted to help me. She should be the manager, not John. John just gives lip service and no results.
Thank you again Alexis for taking the time to do your job, and help someone who was over charged $800 by Verizon!

I waited over 2 hours to get help which isn't the problem. Once it was my turn I told them what phone I wanted and they had it on stock. I asked to see the phone and hold it and was told I can't. So you are basically buying blindly. She said it was cream colored and all I wanted to do was see it. I guess Verizon assumes everyone is a criminal.

Katie was very patient while working by herself...she activated four new phones and was nice and helpful the whole time. She did a great job for our family.
