Johnny got us in and out quickly, diagnosing and repairing a leaky o-ring on our ‘92 Chevy diesel short bus. Price was very fair for the work and excellent service. Highly recommend.

They rebuilded my semi engine and gave warranty and it broke down and they didn't want to cover it. So they get 1 star i wish there was minus star. I have all service records. Their first excuse was i drove the truck for 10 hours with no engine oil LOL.

Awesome folks to do business with! We were traveling from out of town when our Ram Cummins developed a coolant leak. We were also pulling a 35 ft. 5th wheel trailer. We found a campground in Bakersfield to stay the night. We read reviews and chose Circle M. What a great decision. I drove over the following morning to see if they could take a look at the truck. We were otherwise stuck! Stephanie got us right in and even gave me a ride back to the campground. They had us back on the road in about 3 hours. I can't recommend them enough!

Jack and Ruth Murray7/30/2023★★★★★On July 8, 2023, we began our rv trip from San Diego, planning on visiting the National Forests. Five hours into the trip, just outside of Bakersfield a warning light came on indicating our exhaust particular filter was full. We made it to Bakersfield pulling a 16,000-pound 5th Wheel. We spent the weekend researching for a repair facility. Through our research another repair facility highly recommended Circle M Truck Repair Inc. On Monday morning we took the truck to Circle M. We spoke with the Manager/Sandy Smith who immediately assigned Johnny, the shop foreman to look at our truck and make a diagnosis. Stephanie and Johnny thoroughly explained the problem to us. The particulate filter was full and the root cause of the problem was faulty sensors. H They immediately sent out the filter to be cleaned and began replacing the sensors once the filter was returned. Bryce, the mechanic explained in detail what was broken, and how it was fixed. We found that extremely helpful making us feel confident about his knowledge. We got the truck back that Thursday. As we were getting ready to leave Bakersfield on Frida morning, we noticed a spring was broken on our 5th wheel camper. We called Stephanie for a reference who could fix it and She said they could fix it. She immediately sent Johnny over to determine what could be done. Within an hour Bryce came over to replace the spring. We feel very Blessed and fortunate to have happened upon Circle M/ We highly recommend them as a number one, a top-notch repair business. Circle M is awesome. My family and I are moving out of state using a cargo trailer. We noticed our driver side trailer rims were very hot to the touch after driving only a few miles. We stopped by Circle M to have them take a look. Found the issue and had us back on the road within 30 minutes, free of charge. The guys were accommodating and knowledgeable. Our trailer is driving like a dream now. This move would have been delayed if it weren’t for them. Plus, my husband got an awesome T Shirt from them too… turned our stressful morning into a great day. Forever grateful and will be sending a Christmas gift in December from Idaho. They did an annual service on my diesel motorhome, including changing all of the fluids, checking the belts, hoses, brakes, and fixing a power steering leak. They also found some suspension issues and had to order parts. I have had my vehicle serviced here annually for the last three years. They are dependable, thorough and very personable. This little shop has more experience, integrity and ability than any Kenworth or other name brand shop out there. They have worked on my truck a few times and I can trust their work and what they say. I will always use them, never again Pape Kenworth or anyone else. Keep up the great work Circle M.

If I could give a zero I would. I was charged $400 for a diagnostic at a total of $750 for an O2 sensor on a Hyundai and three days in the shop. Not only is this outrageous and insane they also broke my windshield in two areas and blamed it on construction near where they parked the car after repairing it. I picked up the car several days ago and reported immediately the broken windshield with promise from the shop \
