Great auto shop! The mechanics that worked on our car were professional and thorough. We needed to replace a motor for an older car and they found a solid used replacement motor for us, helping to keep the cost down. They gave us a great deal on the installation, had good communication and repairs done in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

We came to Cimentals with an emergency situation that almost ruined our vacation however they were able to help us out as fast as they possibly could and get us on our way. They have some of the best customer service we've ever experienced, especially Brent. He gave us a ride to our rental car and even let us keep some of our stuff in their garage so that it would not get stolen. They are a fair bit pricey but they really know their stuff so if you got a problem you can trust that they'll figure it out.

Told them the codes and what was wrong with my truck and hrs later I came back and they told me the same codes I had given to them earlier and gave me a paper of the codes they didn't fix anything

CALLED, WAS PLACED ON HOLD, THEN WHEN I GOT THIS PERSON ON THE PHONE HE HUNG UP ON ME CLAIMING HE HAD AN "ACTUAL CUSTOMER" IN FRONT OF HIM. I literally was asking for what the turn around would be to get a starter fixed but i could tell by his tone he had no ability to answer any of my questions without a rude "your wasting my time" tone is his voice. Highly do not recommend.
