Almost every time I’ve come here at 8:00 like their hours say, they’re never open and the gate is locked. Might as well make the hours accurate since it’s the only shop in the area claiming to be open this early.

This is never a place one should visit for buying vape products. I bought a Smok Mod from the store last week. Sadly, the glass broke. Cigarette World does not stock spare parts for the vapes in which they sale. Even though there were six boxes with the glass I needed on display, the worker would not sale me one. He insisted I come back monday. Today is Saturday, he could have easily replaced the glass from one of the boxes in the next two days. I have since traveled to two other smoke shops (Luxor and Smok Scene) and they do not even sale that version of the smok mod. The stores vapes are outdated and the store does not stock spare parts. Also, if you care, i asked the worker to put his mask on properly and he would not. Love, Karen.
