lady at the counter was not friendly at all. I went there on 2/8/2024 at 11:58am. Started to pump gas and then went inside to use the bathroom. Asked if the bathroom was available and she was very rude about it. Also rude to my wife and kids.

Throughout our road-trip across country from Florida to California, we stopped in tons of gas stations in multiple states, however this gas station caught my attention. Alongside the cleanliness of the aisles, the restroom was astonishingly super clean, and was equipped with all the supplies needed. I didn't expect that one day I would review a gas station, let alone the bathroom in it. This trip made me realise the importance of restrooms located in gas stations and most importantly how clean and tidy they are and should be. Thanks to Chuy who changed my mood after a long trip. :)

Gas station was not crowded. The pumps were clean and worked well. It was easy to pay at the pump. I did not go inside, buy it looked like food and drinks are available.

Owner is money hungry. Chevron gas stations on white lane or taft hwy (1 mile in either direction from this one) with cheaper gas. They are also more convenient. They overcharge for all snacks and drinks. Even product sales that are at all gas stations aren't at this location. They benefit from have a taco truck on the lot and act like a monopoly as people will not go to the much cheaper shell station across the street. The people that work for the owner are very nice. Other than that is very much entertainment event prices for everything ($2.50 for a bottle of soda and over $2 for chips). Don't come here just cause your eating at the taco truck. If you are driving through Bakersfield, just go to another chevron and save some money.

The bathroom was clean and modern! Very nice experience. Also double your average bathroom size. Clerk was happy and friendly. Highly recommend

Gas station looks pretty clean outside, but it's rather small inside. No classic Icee machine, just some not-so-good looking slushy machines... I'm really just upset at their false advertisement: "Fanta slushies available inside". I got off my car and asked for those specifically, which weren't available. Also, this gas station has significantly higher prices than the one literally down the street.
