To the OWNER: today at 10:00 pm my mother and I came to this gas station to pump gas, the pump did not stopped and gas was overflowing. We informed cashier and the cashier said they could not reimburse us for the gas that overflowed. The manager called the owner and explained the situation again no help and the owner did not take ownership of the situation. It was not about the money it was about the customer service to your loyal customers after reporting the concern. The poor girl reimburse us back with her own money because the owner of this gas station failed to address the concern she was crying. I this was my gas station to go to as I live nearby, I will never come back to this gas station for a selfish incompetent ownership. Takee care of your customers and employees.
