Just went into the Chase Bank on Ming to ask someone questions about opening a checking account. one teller working nobody else around had to wait for him to finish with a customer I specifically asked ( twice ) if he was the only one here I had some questions about opening a checking account he lied to me said he was. I knew it wouldn't be long before another customer came in and they did before I started asking.. My second question was apparently too difficult for Aaron and he said let me get somebody else and I said no thank you you lied to me, and walked out. All he could say was okay

First time at this bank was trying to apply for a credit card Saturday 3/13/21 around afternoon. Spoke to a bank teller about applying for a credit card and he told me he will speak to another employee because they mainly only do appointments. That was strange because when I arrived there was no customers and the employees were sitting together just hanging out. After a couple minutes I spoke with somebody who can help me apply for a credit card but he seemed very disinterested as if he didn't want to be there and kept looking at his watch. Provided very little information about the credit card I wanted to apply for and was very standoffish. Because of this I didn't apply for the credit card and took my business elsewhere. I can't speak for other Chase Banks but Chase in the Marketplace makes you feel very unwelcomed and they provide very little information. Hopefully they do better next time around.

Chase not this location but chase period. No notice telling me they restricted my account and closed out my account at all. The worst service ever. They don't work with you nor help the community at all. They love taking your money but when you need to pay your bills they just lock you out from using your atm card nor in person to access your money. I would never recommend Chase bank ever again. They kept hanging up on me. First time, I called got disconnected and the second time the guy hanged up on me. They didn't even allow me to get my money out directly from the bank but wait 10 business days for a cashiers checks. What bank does that!!!

I have been doing business with Chase for a long time. I had my mortgage with them untill I paid it off. I have still accounts with them and I am doing this review with the hope that the local branches customer service telephone line will be attended. I have called local branches in Bakersfield and it seems that they are all busy with customers. I understand that each branch will get busy from time to time but not all of them at the same time. I am sure that I am not the first one to experience this but really this automatic phone answering sytem has to go. Majority of the banks are on line now, you can't use the rush hour time or getting things done on the same business day before 2pm cut off time. There's no excuse of a having the phone system of all local branch being busy taking care of customers at the same time. You don't even have the option to wait on the line until the next customer service person is available. I hope that this review will help improve the customer service in this department. OSR

This Chase has always been my favorite to use when in the area. It has two walk up ATM's and the few times I have had to actually interact with a person working I had a good experience. Only reason I don't give them four stars is because the location has terrible parking and no drive up ATM's.

I have been a long time member with Chase. They have been great, so great that I kept them when moving to Hawaii (where there are no Chase banks) At this branch specifically, Shontay was extremely helpful, available and patient with all of my questions. 10/10 stars for her awesome customer service.

I frequent this bank and have dealt with Jim Miller Loan Officer he's top notch for customer service. I recommend him for Home Loans he is knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of his way to provide good customer service.

Who has ever heard of a bank that does not except CASH for a deposit? This even floored my sister who has been in the banking business for 35 years!!!!!!!!!!! She had the same experience. I wanted to deposit some cash for my great-grandson birthday, went into the bank, had the account number and the teller said they do not except CASH. He said I could go get a "money order" and deposit it that way. Luckily I had my checkbook with me and wrote a check and left the bank never to go in there again!

I changed over to Chase a few years ago when the Kern Federal Credit Union closed the branch office I used over at the auto mall. My husband already had accounts with Chase. I have never had a problem with this branch. True they do get crowded at times but that happens everywhere. Also I have always found all the employees here to be helpful and friendly. Now we do all our banking with Chase as they bought our home loan some years back as well.

I LOVE Chase as a bank, but this branch's tellers severely lack the positive attitude that customers are looking for. I have been dumbfounded at the teller's lack of helpfulness. After multiple times of dealing with downright RUDE tellers, I will never conduct business at this branch again. Go to the coffee/olive branch instead.

I recently switched over to Chase from Wells Fargo. Chase has all the swankiness that a modern, 21st century bank should have, from updated ATMs, mobile banking, and good 'ol personalized service. Switching over from another bank was easy. Christian S. helped me with all of my banking needs, addressing all of my concerns and questions. He provided AMAZING customer service throughout the process and continues to to this day. I honestly cannot say enough of Christian and his helpfulness/friendliness. It is nice to have a bank with both the fancy technological hoo-hah and good old fashioned face-to-face service. The location is superbly located at the Marketplace next door to Starbucks and Baja Fresh. When the branch is closed, your Chase debit card will get you into the lobby to access their "change ATM" (gives you change and smaller bills). A traditional ATM is located on the exterior wall. I am incredibly happy with my switch so far, hopefully my positive experience is indicative of my future relationship with Chase.
