5/24/23 @ about 3:45pmWent into the bank with my daughter. We wanted to open up her first bank account! Exciting, right?Well,the banker asked us to sit. Looked at his watch and said, "let me see if my coworker can help you guys wit that"I'm kinda confused, like ok? So the young man comes back and said, "sorry he cant" or what not. Basically they didn't want to do it til Friday? Two days later?Since when do we make appointments to open a new account especially when I already have an account, as the parent.Anyways, I left and went to Valley Strong. They helped my daughter n I without a problem! I'll go ahead n take my monies out of Chase, SMH. I'm gonna bank where my daughter's at....

Walked in to try and open an estate account on the 24th. Gave documentation to teller/worker. they took to photocopy and send to their legal team to review said I should hear back in 3-5 business days. It has been 2 weeks and nothing. Tried to call branch, went through menus to try and talk to someone, Noone ever picked up. Very shotty. I thought Wells Fargo was bad, at least they answer their phones and respond when they tell you they will....

This is the new Chase bank that replaced the Mt Vernon location. It's much nicer and obviously newer lol. They have two drive thru ATM's along with 2 ATM's in "The Lobby" area and 2 ATM's inside the actual bank too. Better security! As you have to slide your card to get into The Lobby area ATM's (during closed business hours only) Cool blue lighting inside the lobby area too! parking can get packed quick during peek business hours because the parking lot isn't that big, but luckily there is plenty of other parking options near by. Haven't really interacted with the staff all that much, but everything seems cool. I like it. :)

This branch is clean, modern, fast, and efficient. Amazing team that works here. I recommend making an appointment for anything banker related. But don’t be afraid to come in as a walk in to check for availability.
