Had a bad exeprince drove 2 hours away tp go buy them truck. After i test drove 2 trucks gmc sierra. Both of them had a bad transmission. Iam a mechanic so i can tell when somthing is wrong with car this 2 trucks had bad transmissions iam just upset that they would put cars with bad transmissions. For us people to buy them who ever is the owner you need to sale good cars not cars that have bad transmissions you relize i was about to spend 25k.for truck that has bad transmission 2016 gmc sierra silver beware stay away that transmission cost like 7k. Horribke experince

Catanos is the most lovely and transparent dealership in town. The fact that I was able to get the car I was interested in buying from there inspected by my own mechanic that was located across town is HUGE since no other dealerships in town allow a third party inspection. I was surprised when Isidro handed me the keys and told me to take however long was necessary for a test drive and inspection. From start to finish the process was painless, transparent, and quick. The car inspection was a 10/10 besides a minor battery issue, which Catanos Auto fixed immediately. They offer an optional warranty that is worth it if you’re paranoid about problems in the near future. I have 0 issues with my 2007 Toyota Corolla so I’m a happy customer.Bottom line - ⭐️ Everyone here is polite, approachable, understanding, and professional. The owner, Isidro, has strong family core values and it most certainly shows. I was treated more like family than a regular customer which made the experience pleasant. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I purchased a used vehicle in August from Cantanos with the help of Greg (salesman). Greg was very knowledgeable and worked without any annoying sales presser or bs. The ladies in the office made the paperwork as simple and easy for me which I totally appreciated. Towards the end of September I found some small issues with my vehicle and spoke with Greg. Greg referred me to their mechanic Francisco and they would take a look at my vehicle. Most places would tell you it was as is sale and its on you now. Francisco took a look at my vehicle and went over what the issues were when the vehicle was up on the lift. Francisco was patient and very knowledgeable and did what needed to be done. What I thought was an issue turned out to be no big deal but Francisco took the time to physically show me and explained it all to me. I will recommend and purchase again from Cantanos in the future.

Went in asking about truck prices salesman didn't seem to want to help. When I asked about in house financing he said "40% down and "short term financing @ 20% for 31 months" lmao 31 months? What who has 14k down for a truck. If you're goin to say d*** things like that might as well ignored me.

This guys are just incredible! I've been buying vehicles ( 6 total ) with them for 20 years, not one time had a problem or issue where i feel they didnt make the cut or fit the bill to stay truth to their word or warranties. They had Worked with me in so many possible ways, and at the end of the day, i walk out happy out of there!Great job guys!

Customer service was pretty poor, different employees kept telling me different things. Took 2 days and couldn't figure out how to get me approved with a 715 credit score...just overall poor experience
