I'm extremely disappointed and have decided not to return to this store after being a loyal customer for many years. It used to be a top carpet retailer in the area. In the past, they offered exceptional plush carpets and padding. However, my latest order for the same high-quality products has left me disheartened. I even kept a sample of the carpet from a few years back, but upon receiving my recent order, I realized that the "exact same" carpet is significantly different now. It's lacking the plushness it once had, and the overall quality feels much cheaper. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping here again and I wouldn’t recommend to others. I did bring this issue up to the store asking them if the correct padding and carpet were installed because it definitely didn’t feel the same and they said I’d have to ask the installer. They didn’t seem to care.

I had a semi-good experience when I used them the first time for my carpet installation. The subcontractor carpet installers were nice and they were hard workers. They did spill glue on my hard wood floors, but I was able to clean it up.
A few years later, we had a leak in our kitchen that destroyed our hard wood floors. We bought LVP from Carpet Outlet Plus and they had their subcontractor come out to install. They tore up the door jams, knocked holes in our walls, dented and scratched our brand new refrigerator, etc. The subcontractor came out and denied everything. I wouldn't back down and made him take responsibility for the things he did. Some were not taken care of and we had to hire someone to fix everything else.
A few months later, I noticed when we walk on our LVP flooring, it makes a popping noise. I contacted Carpet Outlet Plus. The manager came out. She said she would contact the manufacturer and get back to us, but it would take a long time. It's been 9 months. We haven't heard anything from them. When she walked out our door, I knew we wouldn't hear from her. The popping is now worse than it was in September.
I don't care if you subcontract out your installation jobs, you should be held responsible for the work done. Don't push it off onto installers. Ultimately, if they won't make it right, your company should. No one is going to use your business again, if you don't make it right. I feel very disappointed. I spent thousands of dollars for a crappy job that I have to live with until I change out my flooring again. I plan on contacting them on Monday to see if there's an update, but it's their job to get back to me when they say they will!
Update: I called to speak with their manager. She wasn't available and was told she would call me. She never called me. I called back the next week and explained what happened. The man I spoke with said the owner was in the office and would call me back. He never called me. All I can say is, I was right. I knew they wouldn't call back and I knew they wouldn't make it right. I will not be using them in the future and I urge anyone reading this to do the same.

Unless you've got a lot of time trying to get them to fix everything that they didn't do go somewhere else to get your floors done. The salesman that sold me my flooring was all good until the sale was final. The first problem I had I called him and he just said sent me a picture I'll take care . Never once came out to see what my problems were. The contractor that carpet plus hired to do my work ended up having to get some one else to finish the job.

I called around for an extra box of vinyl flooring and Lupe at Carpet Outlet Plus quoted a price that was less than half of all other quotes. UNBELIEVABLE. I saved about 55% and my order was ready for pick up within a week. I highly recommend shopping here for all your carpet and floor needs.

I had the absolute best service with this company. Jennifer came to our home and personally measured, discussed colors, and cut carpet samples for us. The day of instillation was set up fast and the job was done with such precision. I will never go to a big box store since I receive such personal care.

We have had Carpet Outlet Plus install flooring for us a few times now. Carpet and vinyl plank. They have always been great to deal with in their showroom and on the install. Hector has put up with my wife and I on a few occasions! We seem to never make up are mind until we have spoke with Hector at least 4 times. All the employees there have been helpful.We just had some vinyl plank done , the instal guys we great! Three man crew never stopped ,got job done in 6 hours.Very helpful with a few different situations, fireplace hearth, bathroom between tile and wood elevation difference. All and all we can’t say enough good things about our service.We love the product. Thank you everyone at carpet outlet plus.

Not very honest. Over measured by a lot for carpeting which would have been a substantial difference in price. When I asked why the difference, they had no response. Left and went with a reputable honest business who measured correctly, honestly and installed the carpeting with great customer service. Will not return to Carpet Outlet Plus for anything in the future.
