Back in August 2024, I made a mistake on my reservation that led me to receive a vehicle that would have caused me more headache than anticipated. Although I knew it was my error, I was beyond frustrated. Diego not only helped me learn how NOT to duplicate that error in the future, he also figured out how to fix it and placed me in a vehicle I could manage. “Rented this sweet Kia for my Ubering full ev. Runs like a champ with all the safety bells and whistles I feel like it would stop on a dime on a flagrant driver and wave hi to him if it could. The hertz rep who helped me treated me great and answered all my silly questions on my first rental and without any awkwardness great place to visit for my next rental.”

The cats are clean, low mileage and run great. The KIA cars are the best ones to take to the lake, but this last one I had only likes the road and that’s the Chevy but I am loving it because the license plate is a Texas one so I am enjoying taking my time driving slower because everyone thinks that I am a flatlander and tourist, so locals are just passing instead of riding on your butt and honking. Great fuel mileage too
It only takes about 4 to 5 gallons of gas to go and back from Lake Isabella to Bakersfield and back”

“If there are long lines at airport, give this place a shot. They have a small fleet of vehicles, but have great service. I dropped off after hours, they instructed me to leave at airport, so just double check if you’re dropping off after hours.”

“Made reservation last night on their site for pick up at Bakersfield airport and drop off in Oakland CA.
Price is very good considering not dropping off at the same pick up place.
Natalie is an angel and helped the process smoother as she learned that my daughter and I were stranded because our car broke down in dealership. She mad good recommendation on what car may fit better as we are moving our daughter stuff back from San Diego. She does what supposed to be as front line of customer service and did within her capabilities and resposibility to do some magic (changes) on our initial order.
